Account upgrade & Kennel upgrade question.

Alright so by mistake while trying to purchase only a kennel upgrade I upgraded my account. After realising my mistake I also purchased the kennel upgrade.

My question is where do I select which kennel I would like to be upgraded to pro and which kennel I also upgrade with pro that came along with my account upgrade of 6 months.

if anyone can help me find this it would be great.

p.s Both kennels I want to make pro are already pro's I assumed the pro expiry date would just be changed but they are the same and my pro training expires tomorrow.

For anyone interested I think the issue is that you cannot add a Pro upgrade to an existing one... So I placed a support ticket in the meanwhile since I think it's a bug while also being a support issue.... hope this gets fixed so players can do it themselves later on.

How long does it take when you upgrade an account until it kicks in?

It is automatic, if you pay by credit card your account is extended as soon as you return from the paypal page to virtualpups. By bank e check it takes 6 to 8 business days before it changes when they receive the payment.

kennel upgrades are also automatic like the account, I just ran into the issue of not being able to extend my pro upgrades on existing pro kennels.
