how can you tell whitch dogs you put up for adoption?

With the new changes how can you tell which dogs you have put up for adoption?I.m worried I might put a dog up for adoption I wish to keep

    Looks like something was missed.. Under search, there is no "up for adoption" selection under status, which means other players can't find dogs for adoption either.
