I would get more imports personally. Another 8 and you should get 10x4s. Inbreeding can cause lower stats and they won't let you inbreed too closely related dogs

I prefer prompts to just making it up personally. I think it's easier to write once you have an idea of what you have to write about then just making it up from nothing

Even if you didn't win you can get the judge's notes and see what they marked you down on or at least you can here. Plus it's experience for both of you. Good luck with the national specialty show
