Regular graphics makers don't have to put in forms. People who want to be HEAD graphics makers on here, which is included in council, have to make one. Mysterous, we need people who have experience doing graphics to be a Head Graphics maker.

Yes. =] However, voices in the club are just given permission to talk/give ideas within the club. They cannot participate in member-only events since members give more than just voices, but, voices are also rewarded but with much less.
