The internet works on my two desktops and old laptops, I just can't configure it to work on the new one. :[ All the old computers have XP, but the stupid new one has Vista. I don't know if it's even vista causing the problem. D;

The same thing happens with a lot of banner/layout contests. People decide they just don't wanna fork up the prize when the time comes. That's precisely why I don't do contests unless I really trust the person holding it.

The cutting looks a little bit bumpy. Use Brushes when in doubt of what else to add. Add a border. (Borders always make things look more finished) Other than that looks pretty good for a first. :]
