  • The videos are so scary. I can't even imagine going through that, and the thought of all the poor people that lost their lives...it's just so sad... I'm in California, and we got small waves that destroyed some boats, and messed up some harbors. So…

  • I really dislike children, and have panic attacks around babies. I have no desire to bear my own children, but when I have a career, house, and feel ready, then I don't think I'd mind adopting a child that really needs a family.
  • I've been waiting to donate blood. Back when I had the opportunity to, I couldn't due to medication I had just stopped, which takes 6 months to get out of your system. Now I'm waiting for the blood drive held by Phi Theta Kappa at my school, so I ca…
  • Thank you everyone~
  • Is it a show or a single special? I saw a special with that title from NatGeo on netflix. It was definitely interesting. There is another similar one from BBC too.
  • That does sound a lot like Knott's Berry Farm. At Knott's you can also get your hand stamped if you want to leave the park to go to your car, one of the near by restaurants, or shopping at the Knott's market place.
  • That's so cute! I used to do 3D nail art.
  • LaLa_Laru wrote: Oh my goodness, GO TO HOLLYWOOD HORROR NIGHTS!!! lol..I wouldn't say it was extremely scary, but it was so much fun. You are literally just shivering but cracking up the whole time. And YES!! Rip Tide is what I'm talking about. La…

  • Honestly, I probably like Knott's more than Disneyland too(it's close though). You can have fun, and learn something educational at Knott's. I love the history and tradition of the place. I'm sure I'm a bit biased though, because I've been dozen of …
  • I used to do that when it came to toys for my animals. I was really bad about it when my bird was still alive. After my bird passed on I'm not as bad, but still always seem to pick up at least one toy for the dog, rat, or cats when I go in to buy th…
  • I agree, if she's bored then get more toys. It could take a lot of tries to actually find one that she likes. I bought dozens of toys for one of my poms, but the only one that he really loves and hasn't destroyed was his "plubber" toy. If toys don't…
  • I really dislike children, so I'm sure I'd be angry in that situation; however, you have to consider that you don't always know the full situation or share the same opinions as others. Maybe the child has a disorder like autism or attention deficit …
  • 1003 - Mmm, hot cinnamon apple pie!
  • Yeah, I was going more reading on gelatin. I'm going to have to be careful about fat free/low-fat products, especial yogurts. Apparently they like to add gelatin in them to bulk them up. I'm not to worried though, because I have a great farmer's ma…
  • I personally don't think it should be banned. It's a topic that relates to dogs, and since this is a dog site I find it appropriate, even if some people do find it touchy. At least it's a chance to educate others, because the one thing I've noticed…
  • Beaglepaw- I'm sorry, but you're NOT a vegan if you eat or buy animal derived products. It seems like you've confused yourself with terms somewhere along the line, and maybe that's why your mother has disagreed to let you modify your diet. A vegan, …
  • You should review VP's rules again. It's dangerous to give out your age, or info that will allow someone to guess your age, so VP prohibits it. Anyways, I haven't worked at an animal shelter, but I have volunteered. It's a lot of work, and typical…
  • If it's okay, can I request a definition of "relationships"? Are these relationships only intimate ones, or all interpersonal relationships like friends and family? A lot of people seem to post about difficulties with friends or family members, and …
  • I don't necessarily think you were being overworked, but if you are feeling sick after running, then try to slow down. 10 min and 13 seconds sounds like you finished a little early, but the required times might be different where you live. Also, mak…
  • Awhile ago I attempted to make snickerdoodles, since I got some fancy cinnamon, but they didn't come out perfectly, because I didn't have the specific ingredients(I used recommended substitutes). I mean, they were good, but not really a snickerdoodl…
  • Sounds yummy! I made and enjoyed apple crisp for the holiday.

  • It wasn't intentional, right? Sounds like my brother. He forgets important things, or says he did something when he didn't. He's a scatter brain. Is there any way you could call him when he gets to his destination, and have him transfer the money in…
  • Congrats~ I think that's amazing progress that you made 2 mil in a short time as a novice. You're definitely doing something right, so keep it up. :D

  • There's no point worrying about whether your actions were "right or wrong." What is important is that you and your little cousin are both safe, even though your cousin is injured! I'm sure it could have been a lot worse if you had not been there to …
  • I suggest talking to a dermatologist, so that you can learn how to properly clean your face, and get product recommendations that work with your specific skin type. Sometimes you can make it worse by using the wrong products, or exfoliating too much…
