Poor Puppy:(
We were in the feild today with Zeppelin(German Shorthaired Pointer) and Lynn(Weimaraner), my two hunting/show dogs, and all was going well. We were running them through there hunt when Lynn decided it would be funny to chase Zeppelin. Normaly they are both so well behaved and perfect out in the feild, but today Lynn was being a [edited; inappropriate reference]. Anyways, Zeppelin was running, looking back at Lynn and stepped in a rabbit hole. Long story short, his front right paw is broken. Broken. Snap. We took him to the vet and he is there right now, he should just be coming out of the drugs he was shot up with. I am so mad and upset right now! He had a show this weekend and the next! Now we are having to cancel both and my beloved boy is imoble! From what the vet said, he shouldn't have a limp if we bring him back right, so hopefully that will all go well, I am just upset that he will be cooped up inside for a while and will be missing his shows. Now I have to find someone to take care of him while I am out with the rest of my pack at the shows we have upcomming.
