My husband found this little guy on - Update 1st Post :3

<span style="font-size:85">Alright so here's the background story:<br><br>My husband was on his way home from work when his car started making a weird noise. He pulled over to the side of the road to look at it (turns out it was just a baby toy rolling around under his seat xD) but anyway, as he was looking for what was making the noise-this little guy came walking up to him. He was very timid/shy but he was also quite eager and my husband coaxed him over and he began to wag his tail. Obviously, this dog has been around people before. <br><br>Now, where my husband pulled over at is on the side of the highway and (yes, this has happened many times before) people usually "drop off" their unwanted dogs. Usually puppies, older dogs, even cats. The animal control around here frequents that spot due to it. (There was even a time 5 puppies were found together.) Now, the closest house to where he was is <span style="font-style:italic">at least</span> 20 miles away. It's just a long stretch of highway. There's not even a restaurant for another 5 miles. Now, I could understand a dog running away...but this dog is quite small. Very small. Also very young (I'd say no more than 11/12 weeks)<br><br>He called me on his way home and told me what had happened and that he was bringing the dog. When he brought him home, this dog had burs all through his fur (they are out now). We also gave him some water when he showed up and hubby stopped to get some food/toys and whatnot. He ate and drank and he even played a little bit. He seems a little bit on the skinny side (not much) but other than that, he seems fine. We made a vet appointment for Friday (earliest we could get in) to see if everything is okay with him.<br><br>I'm sure many of you know we have twin daughters (toddlers) and I wasn't sure about how the dog would act so they are at my mom's for the day (probably until tomorrow.) So, there's no worries about that (for now.) So, he brought the little guy home and he is <span style="font-style:italic">super</span> friendly. He's actually been following me around everywhere. <br><br>Now, I'm not sure what kind of dog this is but he is amazingly cute. He's also going to be a small breed dog. He also has been playing with our cat and our cat hasn't been freaking out about him being here either. We're unsure what we're going to do, we've talked about keeping him if we can't find his owners (we're not even sure they want to be found.) Yes, this dog is cute but taking him to a shelter seems kind of...I don't know? Weird-especially since we're looking for a dog and I'd hate to drop one off then pick one up later on (if that makes any sense.) <br><br>Anyway, truth be told-I'm kind of getting attached to him (I know I shouldn't but wait till you see him) <br><br>He has no name (yet) but if you have any ideas-please let me know :3 <br><br>Anyway, now for pictures. Any suggestions would be wonderful [:<br><br><span style="color:#FF0000"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Update</span></span><br><br>So, when my husband got home from work today he went to pick up the girls from my mom's house. He brought the girls home and we introduced them to the puppy. Everything went wonderfully. The twins were in love with him and he licked them to death. They played together and he didn't bite them at all. If they got too rough he would do his little bark and they'd calm down. Right now, the twins are laying down on their little princess bed on the floor and he's curled up with them. <br><br>So, looks like we're keeping him :3 We've named him Zeus because he thinks he's a god at the house xD <br><br></span>
