VP's 1st Hunger Games. *New Events On Main Post Added 05/19*

<img src="http://i41.tinypic.com/27yrt5.jpg"; alt="http://i41.tinypic.com/27yrt5.jpg"; class="bb-image" /><br><br>Well, in celebration of the movie being released on Friday, I thought it would be fun to hold a mock-games eventing contest on VP. Hopefully, others will agree with me ^.^ Rules are as follows:<br><br>Each person enters a dog as their tribute. The person may choose their dog breed, gender, and which district their tribute is from, as well as the character they represent, if you want them to. However, they must meet the following critera:<br>- Must be an import. (This is meant to be a bit of fun - not about who has bred / bought the best dogs.)<br>- Cannot be a PB, or reward breed. (ie. one that not everybody can import/obtain.)<br>- Must be untrained when entry is submitted. You may begin training once they have been accepted.<br>- Dogs may be groomed up to the age of 10.0.0<br>- They cannot have been rotted in boarding. Any high adapt/courage dogs with above training level stats (200+) will not be accepted.<br>- There is to be no fighting over characters / districts etc. First come, first serve.<br>- There is one tribute per person. A maximum of 24 tributes are to be accepted.<br>- The dog is to be named *HG* Character Name. A kennel brand may also be placed in it.<br><br>The contest will have two parts:<br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Personal Pic Contest - Based upon the Opening Ceremony / Gamemaker's Assessment. </span></span><br>- Your tribute will receive points based on its personal picture, working towards 25% of the final scoring. This can either be a photomanipulation or drawn art. You may hire an artist to create it for you. <br>- The picture is to a representation of the breed, district, talent or character that your dog represents; the more creative, the better.<br>- This section of the competition will be judged once the second part is complete. The judging date will be announced later on.<br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Eventing - Based upon the actual Games.</span></span><br>- Tributes are to be entered in specific Hunger Games events. These will not be privatized events, so other entries from outside of the Games may occur. These dogs will not be counted in the judging. If an event fills up with dogs outside of the competition, and not all tributes are entered, then the event will not be counted and another will be held. This does not allow for excessive time when tributes have not been entered.<br>- There will be 4 events of every discipline created. Your tributes are to be entered in ALL of them, unless you contact me and inform me they are not going to be in specific ones. It is up to you to train your tribute how you think will cause it to perform best overall.<br>- This counts towards the remaining 75% of the judging.<br>- Events will be held most likely over a few weeks, with events made at the start of the weekend (ie. Friday evening), so people are more likely to have time to enter their tributes.
