Renting a training kennel.

So, I've decided, that I'm going to allow this kennel to be rented out <a href="http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=kennel/view&id=412722"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=kennel/view&id=412722</a> after I get 100 fame points for the training skill. I see a lot of novices trying to get help with training, but either don't have a sponsor account to train through or can't find help from sponsors; and a lot of old players seem to be reappearing, this will give them the chance to get back in to the groove of training. Now, you're probably thinking that this is a really bad idea; and probably you're right. But the process of me choosing who will be eligible to rent out my kennel, is going to be very complicated. Interested? Here's some info; <ul class="bb-list-unordered">Number 1.; There will be no cash transferred to this kennel. Ever. There will be enough left in there for the payment of food for dogs in the kennel. Number 2.; Only VPians who are seriously interested in this may participate (i.e. old vpians who haven't played for a while and want to get back in to the groove of things) Number 3.; Each player will have to answer a series of questions, fill out a form and for extra security a Middle Man or Op may / will be used. Number 4.; Only one player will be able to use the kennel at a time. Once a time limit is agreed for the player on the kennel, that is all the time you'll have for that training period. IF the dogs are not finished by a certain amount of time, I will message the dog(s) owner and ask them if they would like for me to finish the training. They will have 48 hours to respond. If they do not respond to the message, the person who had been renting out the kennel is responsible for any refunds, extra or continued training after that time. -You can of course ask for more time, as long as there is no one who asked for a chance to rent out the kennel after you. Number 5.; There is no rental fee to rent the kennel, tips are appreciated and may or may not be taken; I expect no payment from the rentee, I'm only doing this to help people out. Number 6.; If I do not know the applicant / rentee personally, I will ask around and find out whether or not I can trust you. Although there will be no cash in the kennel, aside from what is necessary, I will not tolerate anyone changing the password or email address for the kennel. Number 8.; This is out of place on purpose, if you have read this far post *penguin* when you are replying if you are interested in renting the kennel Number 7.; If I do agree to let you rent the kennel you have absolutely NO right to let anyone else use the kennel. If I find out, you'll automatically be kicked out of the kennel and will lose all privileges/rights that I have given you, along with any trust I may have had in you and it would be wise not to try and use me as a reference. If I feel that you are not trustworthy, I will let people know. Number 7.5.; If you do not know me, and would like to perform your own 'background check' or have any questions for me as far as how this will work please do not be afraid to ask ^.^ Number 9.; Even if I've worked with you before, and trust you, I still ask that you fill out a form just because that is only fair (: Number 10.; Password will be changed every time a different renter uses it

Number 11.; Low statted dogs may be purchased so that new players get a chance to practice training before working on important dogs and/or lines for serious players. Dogs may also be rescued, or donated to the kennel so that these players again have a chance to practice on low statted dogs so that if they mess up training, they have a chance to learn from mistakes. -I know, thats a buttload of information; but it basically lets you know everything, at least I hope it does ^.^ </ul> FORM:

**Also, if any Ops have a problem with this please let me know. I have no objections to not having this happen, I just feel that it would be a good way to get old players restarted, and give novices a chance to work on training.

I used to share a training kennel with MacCat, Kiwicece and Collie 99 and trained my own dogs. Towards the end of our partnerships though i was starting to train for the public because felt more comfortable in my abilities. Soon MacCat and Kiwicece wanted to become a boarding Kennel though so Collie99 and I left them. I was unable to continue to train my own dogs anymore or the publics dogs. I'd like to restar training them again. References: Sorry all I really have is myself. I never tgrained for MacCat but she's the one who originally offered to let me borrow her and Kiwicece training kennel. She would sometimes train one of my dogs before I got all the dogs needed into boarding. I would always get all the dogs in boarding I would never leave her with any less dogs than promised. I wouldn't want to break our agreement becuase without her i would've probably ended up as a novice with no money, ill trained dogs and never woud've been able to get up on my feet. I see you as somewhat the same. Your helping me up onto my feet into the world of training in VP. After alll I hate it when someone breaks an agreement so, why would I want to put that pain, anger and stress on someone else. So please feel free to messsage Amika. Are you allowing any rerents (not asking for more time) but rerenting the kennel at a different time. Or is this a one time deal thing? I also have a question about the layout. Is whomever that is renting the kennel aloud to post there prices on the layout? Would whomever that is renting the kennel be aloud to post on the BB that there training is open? when i clicked on the kennel link and read the layout i got a little confused. Sponser training but I gave it away since I left and am now resurfacing painstakingly slowly. Why should I let you use my kennel?: I really just want to train any dogs I need trained, and for some practice until I can get my own sponser. Thanks for you interest guys! I'm super glad you guys are asking questions and want references, that shows me good things about you! If need be you can message these guys and ask them what they think (: Just make sure it's alright your messaging them and what not, not reason to be annoying anyone xD I don't think I have any links to the dogs I've trained, but I'll be searching for you guys ^.^ I've been in a few train offs, so if I can find the links to those I'll post the dogs I trained there 3: *I've seriously trained for nearly everyone and done a lot of work with a lot of vpians but here's a list anywho - Previous and Current OPs: Aziu Jinxx Tara Zoe LaRu PaperWings / Moose Troglin / Anastasia / Lioness Previous and Current Players: Boz SandPiper Chibi Pride Mad Maitre Ruffian Finny Nickel Lycanthrin /Lyc / Lyceepoo Sea Oats / Vi Juzzi Twloha Femme Garnie Dodge Bluey Kaz Zenyatta and so on… @Akali; Ana is a pretty popular MM with most players, and one that I've worked with probably 100 times. Any op that you'd like to MM is fine with me ^.^ @Annouk; Thanks so much for reading through EVERYTHING! That's awesome. As far as renting goes, I'd like for each renter to really only use up to one week at a time, just to be fair to other players interested. You may re-rent the kennel, and as long as there is no other person waiting to use the kennel you can ask for more time if you haven't finished training. I do advise that if you are to use my kennel, that you don't take on more trainings than you can handle; for example, if you still have 3 trainings to do but you don't have enough time left to use the kennel and there is another player waiting to use the kennel you will have to wait until there is another renting opportunity. As far as those 3 trainings would go, you would either have to refund the player the money or figure out another way to train them. However, if the player was ok with it they could always wait for when you rent the kennel again. @EVERYONE! Layout Prices I don't have a problem with you posting your prices on the layout, as long as you post under the part that says The Renters / Trainers, and have it stated if your training is open or closed. Also, if players need to contact you through that kennel you must have them place your Name in the messages Subject area so that if I'm checking in on the kennel I don't read your messages ^.^ Same with your Contracts, please have the player add your Name to the Subject area. Bark Park I don't mind if you post your services through that kennel as long as you let them know who YOU are, and that you are only renting the kennel. I do not want anyone thinking that I am on the kennel, and that they understand you'll be training. You must specify this. Any other questions? Please don't be afraid to ask (: Currently, the kennel doesn't have the training skill as I've been on vacation, but I'll be working on that and then the kennel will be able to be rented! ^.^

Also, I would like to improve a few breeds of dog on VP (mostly pointers and papillions) by buying dogs and possibly training them as eventers. Why should I let you use my kennel?: It's currently summer break and because of this, I have ALOT of free time on my hands. During the rest of the year, I have practically none, so this is really the only time that I can play vp. I wish to finish my line, and train my dogs myself so I can do it when it suits and know that it's done properly. I'd never be able to buy an actual sponcer kennel, so renting is the only chance that I get for using one. References: It's been a loonnggg time since I've had people as refs, and I don't know how many are actually playing anymore... Anyhow, these are a few that I can think of: Trisscar, Celia_1234321, tekk, Horse, Kazuko, femalevamp... I'm sure that there are more out there somewhere. I'll be renting the kennel out soon ^.^ it's currently at 92 in skill training wise so a few more events and it'll be ready to go. So far the renting will be as follows; Reeds Akali MssgMeAnytime. Woodpecker All rents will only be for ONE week from the day the information is given to you. Just so that we can get everyone settled in, if you decide you'd like more time AFTER the first rent you can message me. As I said, it'll be on first come, first served basis. I would start to think of prices, customers, and DEFINITELY start reading up on training threads if you've never trained before. I'm hoping to get renting started by this Friday 08.12.11 Rents will be as follows; 8.12.11 − 8.19.11 8.19.11 − 8.26.11 8.26.11 − 9.2.11 9.2.11 − 9.9.11 Information for the kennel will be sent roughly around 7AM Eastern time each week to the next renter. Passwords will be changed every week, so please try and have any unfinished trainings or contracts sent back and any money collected returned for unfinished trainings. Simplest way to avoid this is by not putting to much on your plate at one time (: So. At this time, please don't fill out any more forms until the current rent 'leases' are taken care of (:
