  Unfortunately because the dog was rescued than it no longer is your dog. I hate saying this, but it is true. Therefore, it is up to the owner of the dog to do what they want.

  True. Ah well. Another question..... If this person is under suspension... Then why do they get to save their dogs by putting them in an alternate kennel? I noticed that part....
