I am making banners due to boredom. I can do most anything, but below is the list of things I rend myself incapable of performing on these banners. ALso, there's no forms. Just tell me what you want. I am very flexible, but you MUST be specific, must, must, must. If not, you only get what you ask for, I can't read minds!<br><br>-Overlaying images/fading them into each other. I do not have Photoshop.
