How to tell if you have 100 in skill ( for breeding)

  Whenever you show a dog in an event, you earn Fame Points. Fame points can be added into Skills. As a breeding kennel, you only get those kennel benefits if you have 100 points in breeding.

Click on "My Skills" (Around the top middle of the page.   Show dogs. You gain fame when you show dogs and place in shows
