I think VP should have a VPC bank. Players can make withdraws, deposits and generally save their money without over spending In their OWN bank.

then more people would be in debt...but maybe a savings account? so you arent tempted to spend it if you are saving for a sponser or something and then u cant take it out till you reach that amount of money

I dont know, I just saw it on another dog sim game and everyone says it helps them out. It doesnt hurt to put it out there.

there should be one kennle that does it and it could be a novice.The only people alwoed in it should be the OPs and the could do what you need then get out.

A savings account wouldn't be so bad. Where you could gain interest per day. Although, you need to log on daily to collect your interest. Seen it on other sims. It's not a bad idea.

I don't think this is necessary. If players wish to save, they simply need to exercise self-control. Sponsors can put their excess cash on a novice account they rarely log into. The idea of being able to deposit and accrue interest wouldn't be much of a change; interest rates would have to be very low so inflation wouldn't go crazy. The "rich" could deposit millions and get hefty interest returns, while the less financially fortunate would get pittances on their deposits. To me, that's not worth all the coding.

I agree with Aziu on this. I mean if you dont have the self control to save on your own then what will a savings account help? Something tells me that you will just end up pulling it out of savings and spending it anyway if you get the urge. Personally I like the idea of interest because I love money lol. But I dont think this would be smart because VP is already inflated enough as it is. Why pump more money into the game when everyones goal seems to be to get it out?

I've seen various things. VP has been the main sim I've stuck with because there's more things available/obtainable. Personally, I love the fact that new breeds can be created. Made up colors can be purchased. And basically, creativity and crazy ideas are more so accepted rather than judged. There's something for everyone. Whereas with a game trying to be more realistic is highly limited and not really..fun. Here you get to experiment with all different things. But money management is a huge clash within other games. Nobody can really agree on an appropriate and suitable idea. Banking wise anyways. But people need to learn to manage their own money and budget. Shop around and find deals. That to me is a far more important lesson to learn in life than sticking with AKC regonized breeds and all that jazz. Though that can be learned with other sim games, there's more opportunity for that within this game. But I agree with the previous comment of keeping excess cash in a rarely used kennel. I don't really do that so much because I have a good handle on those skills, but that really is a good idea for some. If there was a novice kennel controlled by ops, an op would need to be on post 24/7. It's a bit irrational because with the number of players, not even multiple ops could keep up with the demand manually. And if it was done by the player, it might as well just be from a kennel of their own. So a bank isn't really all the necessary.

Wouldn't have commented on that, myself, but I'm not really sure that really matters..what game I was referring to mainly, because I also referenced various games. My point was that it rarely works out as well as people had in mind. VP's system is good enough for me.
