Meet "Unnamed"! :D (New Beardie)
I got my long-awaited bearded dragon. I was going to pick up my baby sunfire beardie. I am lucky, and live near one of the biggest beardie breeders in America. She ships all over the U.S. and Canada, and is always at expos. She is extremely reputable, but also extremely pricey. I'd been saving up for quite awhile.<br>I got to her shop, and the first thing I saw was a small aquarium by the door with one young beardie in it. Probably 9 weeks old, maximum. He didn't seem to be of any particular morph, but, for some reason, I was so drawn to him.<br>I decided to go check out the little guy I had planned to get. She brought me straight to the medium sized aquarium filled with little redish-orange babies. I still felt drawn to the little plain guy by the door.<br>The sunfire juveniles were $150 each. She knew exactly who the parents were, I got to see them. She knew which were male and which were female; she'd incubated them and watched them grow.<br>But, I still wanted the one by the door.<br>I asked her what he was doing all alone. She told me someone had brought it to her; asking her to take it on. They never told her wether it was male or female. She thought it was female, but she couldn't quite tell. "But, she isn't any specific morph, so I don't think she'll be outta here any time soon." I told her I'd take her. $40.<br>She's kinda jumpy, but I think she'll calm down eventually. I'm leaving her alone for tonight.
