Sections that need to be worked on... please PM either Kazuko or I to tell us which you are interested in. I will cross things out that have been taken. Breed of the Month You must do some research, and put in your own words: a short breed description including temperament, history, etc. ; interesting facts ; the highest stats on VP currently/anyone who is working on the breed (that you can find) Interviewer- Taken You must interview someone (of which Kazuko or I have already chosen) and ask them various game related questions along with some personal questions of your choosing that will make it an interesting read. Information Gatherer-Taken You must search for recent VP achievements such as recent 10x4s, personal breeds, etc. Sports Article Writer - Taken We will give you a certain sport, of which you must do some research about either one portion of it, or general details. You must include some interesting facts, and possibly training tips, VPs dogs that seem to do well in those events, etc. Q & A Person You know those random questions that get asked and then are put in yearbooks? Yeah, that's what this is. Randomly message people and ask them (politely!) some questions such as : If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it? Several people can do this, all must report to me so I can merge them all onto this page of the newspaper VP's Latest A little different from information gatherer, your job is to give updates on all the recent VP additions, and maybe some personal input from players on what they think of new additions. Please keep in mind, when doing any interviews for any sections BE POLITE to the people you are interviewing. You are taking their time, so you need to make it as enjoyable as possible. Thank them for their time. Also, please keep all interviews to PM's so they remain a secret from the public until the newspaper is posted. If you want to make a forum post asking for people who are willing to answer questions, make sure you ask them to PM you, not post publicly to the forums. More may be added as we go along, but for now, these are the major ones

I'll have to ask Lyc if she still wants to do that, since she asked me the first day we made the paper... If she decides she still wants it, would you be willing to go around and look for the new PBs and ask their creators the story behind the breed?

As the Sphinx, you'd create more like riddles and word scrambles. But like I said, I'll have to ask Lyc if she still wants the job. If she doesn't, then the spot's all yours. If she DOES, however, you're welcome to choose another position. Another interview-type job would be for Behind the Breed, where you would interview the creator of a personal breed selected by Nickel or myself and ask them the story behind the breed: why they made it, how they imagine it, any fictional history behind it, etc.

Well, so far the one with the most writing that's left is the Sports article. You'd be doing reports on Flyball, Agility, etc etc. You could also do a report on VP's updates, and ask people their opinions of them. xD It's really all dependent on whether or not you want to interview people.

Hey I was wondering, what if we put an ad section in the Newspaper, like a real one. We could charge a small amount to advertise services or something and maybe gain a little money to hold events to help publicity of the site...I have had a few people message me for advertising while i have been looking for information. What do you guys think?

We have an ad section

It's 50k per ad space for the month. They can change it out for new info for 10k. And it was being saved up for a contest held by the newspaper. So, any advertisements you can collect, have them send the VPC to Nickelback_Luver, and the info there as well. ;D
