Ive been thinking that lately a lot of people here seem to be wanting to accomplish something, but lacking the support for it at home. Or just having a rough time, and need someone to talk to. So I was thinking, maybe we could have our own little support group here? From things like weight loss(Ive seen multiple people wanting to accomplish this), to running a full mile without stopping, to learning to play a song on an instrument, to just needing to hear you arent alone in a rough time. Maybe this is a stupid idea, but it seemed good to me. What do you guys think? I think it could work considering it seems to me when one of us has a problem a little support group emerges for a short time but then kind of dissappears as time goes on. Maybe we can keep it up? Posting our goals, progess, and when we finally reach them? I dunno...opinions, suggestions?
So, I gained about 3 lbs after Halloween, but I managed to get them off, and 3 more pounds. It probably wasn't all fat, but I'm happy I'm not as puffed up as I was after eating on Halloween. I honestly thought I was going to be sick, and the scary thing is that a 3+ months ago I probably could have eaten what I ate that day, seconds, and desert. I'm also noticing that my stomach is getting firmer, especially my upper abs and sides, but maybe that's because more fat is coming off. It's so hard to work the lower abs, which is where it's still soft.

I also wanted to share something I decided to try today. I've been considering it for awhile, but I was concerned I wouldn't be able to finish it before it goes bad...well turns out its shelf life is a lot longer than I thought. Anyways I bought and tried Silk soy milk!I haven't had milk in forever because it can be quite fattening, but Silk soy milk is 60 calories for 1 cup with more protein than milk, and just as much calcium(at least the one I got says that), which are 2 things I have trouble getting enough of. I put it on my Kellog's red berry cereal, and honestly couldn't tell the difference between it and milk. It might not be as flavorful plain(I haven't tried drinking it plain yet, so I can't confirm), but now I can eat cereal and things with "milk" again! We should start sharing recipes, and food ideas. I know that when I first started I had a horrible time figuring out tasty things to eat, but now I feel like I've accumulated enough of a variety to avoid boredom, which decreases my chance of going off my diet.
