Nickel's "Evy Approved" Writing Commissions
So... this has been brought to my attention again, and I figure since it's summer it will be safe from people who are wanting to use me for homework purposes (yes, I had people say a while back that they would want this just for homework) If you do indeed use anything I do in commissions for homework, I hope your teacher finds out you plagiarized (since, let's face it, your writing style and mine are going to be way different) And in this, I hope you respect me to not do such a thing.<br><br><br>ALSO because of this, the things I write will be very limited. If you're asking me to write a report - obviously that's a red flag and I'm going to ignore it. Who wants to read a report for fun?<br><br><br>Anyway, I'm doing this because I need other things to write aside from topics involving my characters all the time. They are driving me insane.<br><br>What can I/will I write for you:<br><br>- Poetry <br>- Short Stories (with your characters)<br>- Short Stories (about general topics.. i can create simple characters)<br><br>If you want me to use your characters, I ask that you be as vivid as possible when describing their personality, their looks, etc. I obviously am not you, and therefore, I'm not going to be very precise with a character if I don't have something to work off.<br><br>For poetry, you must give me a general idea of what you want it to be about, but for the most part I'm going to do this with my own imagination after you give me a brief idea. So, this may or may not turn out how you want it to.<br><br>General topic short stories would be for example:<br><br>Commissioner: Write a story about a dog (finding a new home; running away; etc.)<br><br>They are very open and allow me a lot of freedom to write whatever I choose.<br><br><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold">What rights do you get with these commissions?</span><br><br>You are given the freedom to use whatever words/phrases you'd like out of the piece of writing. You are allowed to post it (especially for your character, if you want to add onto something you have going for them) This gives you rights to the piece of work I commission for you, and only that piece of work. You are not given rights with any other writing I have done/ will do.<br><br>However,<br><br>You are not allowed to claim it as your own and I must be given credit where it is due. I do not want to see it used elsewhere and not see that I have been given credit for it. The secret word is fox. As a writer, I am very leery to write for other people, and therefore, it would be nice that whoever does commission me, would show respect and not make me have to worry so much. I'd like to be able to trust people with my writing, and I think VP is the perfect place to start.<br><span style="font-weight:bold"><br>Also, please be informed I will be posting this work to dA. Because of this, if you want your characters in a piece, please either give me a name to include in my author's notes so I can give you credit for your character, or give me a link to your dA account.</span><br><br><br>The <span style="font-weight:bold">first Three commissions will be free</span>. <span style="font-style:italic">All free slots have been taken.</span> After that, you can offer a VPC amount, and my effort will be based on the price. If you pay me 100k, expect a very short piece.<br><br>I will only have three slots up and working at a time, and they may or may not be done in order.
