Quick question to the VP community...<br><br>How do <span style="font-style:italic">you</span> earn money here on VP?<br><br>Here's my story --<br>I played VP a lot a couple years ago, but had to leave for about 4 years, give or take. (I used to be a sponsor back in the day - my old username was silly goose... maybe someone remembers me??) <br><br>Anywho, I just came back about a week ago and so much has changed! Not only have sponsor account prices gone up, only sponsors can post on the BarkPark.. and there were new forum procedures! And lots of new breeds!! Probably lots of other changes I haven't noticed yet are in effect as well!<br><br>Unfortunately, I can't afford a sponsor account at this time - so my question is... any ideas on how to earn money as a novice? Seems like VP has morphed into a place where only sponsors can truly thrive. :( I've been eventing my dogs but that only brings in so much profit after the initial entrance fees..<br><br>Thanks!

    I'm a novice and used to have a sponsor kennel too! haha, small world. :) Anyways, the way I make money is training for other novices who can't afford sponsor prices. I also do the B.N.R (buy/neuter/release) technique sometimes. There's a whole guide in the tips/tricks section of the forums for how to make money as a novice. Hope I was helpful [:

    O.O Silly Goose?<br>You haven't been around in YEARS!<br>Buffy remembers you!! =D<br><br>As for money, good eventers are definitely a plus. Maybe learn the new training techniques and rent a kennel? Agree to train for someone who isn't on much and help..<br><br>Find good cheap dogs, skill max and sell?

    Well, I used to be a novice as well. So i know how hard it can be.<br><br>I show dogs, train dogs, and i also draw art for others. I have a commission thread on here, as well as an art dump in artist alley. People buy art from me so thats a good way. If you like to draw and stuff =)<br><br>If you need some trained dog, id love to help you out =) i could train a few for free for you to maybe sell and make some money off of.

Even if you don't think you're good or could do anything. You can. I have done drawings on paint to amek a VP livin'. xD<br><br>Really though, if you get good enough at it, you can make tens of millions in weeks. ;D</span></span>

    <br><br>i agree with kesra. just by doing my drawings and such, i made 8 mil in two days.. So, work on your graphics and things. That would be easiest =)

    They are all good advices... i dont really have a good advice but i can say that some sponsors have a hard time too!
