Arg! As some of you may know, I got a new phone for xmas. My mum bought it over the internet. So this morn, when I opened it, you can guess how happy I was. So, we were going out for lunch, so before I went, I activated it, following the link and instructions from the e-mail my mum recieved. It told me it might take up to 2 hours, and because it was xmas, and lots of people would have new phones, I understood this. Now, 9 hours later, Its still not working. I rung up the credit check multiple times during the day, to see if it had been activated, and it hadent. So, I went back to the email, and went to the help section on the orange website. I tried logging onto my account, with the password my mum chose. It didnt work, so I tried making a new account. I wasnt 100% sure I got my number right, so I tried activating it again, because thats when it told me my number, and thus, it told me that my phone had already been activated. :roll: So, when I tried to make a account again, it failed, and told me there was an error! :evil: and its still not working! Apparently, I only have 1pence credit, when my mum is 99.9% sure she topped up £20.. maybe even £30. I dont want to phone up the helpline.. but if it still isnt working my tomorrow morn.. I guess Ill have to :x <br><br>HOW HARD CAN IT BE?!
