Fireworks

well, its almost 1am here and there r fireworks going off all around my house and some need to sleep, not my family tohugh, my mom and dad r playing on the playstaion 2 and my brothers wztching them and i'm training a dog but a lot of people should be going to sleep instead of setting off fireworks at 1 am

I agree with Buffy xD They were doing them around that time here, too. I can't speak for other people but I like going to sleep listening to fireworks on the fourth of july

well, I was up 'till 4 in the morning when I would normally be sleeping. And like buffers said-it is only once a year, and it's an important holiday. I heard alot around mi dad's house even at 3 in the morning-even though I was practically deaf from the ones at the fair we went to. xD

My city's staff are on strike, so ours were cancelled. Although, ours were the first for canada. Anyways, it sucked b/c it messed up my b-day party.

um, people in my state can get arrested for shooting off fireworks without permission from police or city council

Aye.. Depending on the state, fire fworks that go into the air they are highly illegal, and if you know where there coming from call the cops before some person who had a little to much lights them self or another person on fire.

I was out til like... 3am watching some buddies of my fiance's setting off fireworks. xD I mean, yes, it's illegal to even own fireworks here. But hey. Come on. It's not like they're setting them off at 3am two weeks later. It's the 4th of July. One day a year. Let people have a little fun when they can.
