Okay, so I have been wearing Converse since forever ago. Not because it made me think I was cute or cool, but because they were comfy. But I had one heck of a time getting them on and off quickly because they were hi tops. (which my cat chewed the laces out of and I had to use some new ones that just werent the same.) So I got me a pair of DC's I can slide on and off in a few seconds. Anyway, at my school we have spirit waer mondays, which is where we wear a shirt ect. from our school instead of our uniforms. I wore my Converse all up until about November because my feet get cold from the holes--these are mine <img src="http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb166/Bam13_676/Kodak-Camera Pictures/101_1520.jpg" alt="http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb166/Bam13_676/Kodak-Camera Pictures/101_1520.jpg" class="bb-image" /> (sorry its so big) Anyway it seems like since I stopped wearing them all the girls at my school stopped wearing Ugg boots and started wearing colored Converse, like blue, green, orange etc. I hope this isnt the next big craze o.-

I've seen converse around and its not like its a new thing. xD The styles will come and go and be whatever. When they all turn to something else, it will be unique again *shrugs* I really don't pay attention to what others wear and I tend to not care if people wear the same shoes as me. Haha posh I wouldn't call you scene. You don't seem like it at all. lmao

I come in late sometimes because I park at the pool and have to walk. You passed right by me one time. xD You were talking to..gah what's his name..darn I don't remember. *headdesk* Yeah I am at like the second table from the door and on the end. *nods* Which reminds me..I was sorta running late and I almost missed our class going to the one art room so we could mess with our photos. Do'ya think they would let me borrow the photoshop disk so I could install it? lmao Anywho on the subject..I don't see the big deal. People will move on eventually with the style. ^-^ Wait it out. I am not a big style person so maybe I just dont get it? Idk xD

Im not a style person either. I mean pretty much all I wear are my jeans which are ripped, cut, patched, and painted in various ways depending on the mood I was in when I got them, my shorts, which are the ones that go to my knees, they're black and some are camo, and I wear various shirts I bought at concerts. I mean, my mom buys me clothes but I dont like wearing them because I didnt pay for them. Concert shirts are my pride and joy, I paid for the tickets, I paid for the shirt, therefore I feel I accomplished something, although I dont really know what it is... A lot of girls think Im weird because I shop in Hot Topic when I see something I like, and because I have friends who work there. Now it seems even that store is changing to fit mainstream kids in a way. I mean usually all the kids that shop there are the same. I feel they're targeting certain bands because the merch makes money because of all the kids who buy the stuff thinking its cool, or thinking it makes them scary, or tough. I dont think they even care about the real talent behind the music anymore, just the money. But now I find the more mainstream they go, the less I shop there, the more the other girls do. And Im the weird one? Yeah.

Those are cute shoes! I remember I wore a trucker hat to the school talent show, and then after that everyone started wearing them at my school. No joke. I was like... COPYCATS X 109292! Oh well. It's either that, or I just started noticing them.... but I really think that it's because I set a trend, lol. Those girls just secretly love your style and copy you but have no guts to go up to you and say that.

I got a pair of high tops but they REALLY don't suit me so I don't wear them. They're pink and black. You can have em.

I don't see why it matters, it comes and goes, It doesn't bother me to see someone with the same shirt, shoes, etc. ecsspecially if i don't know them, not like I will see them again, and who cares what they wear, if they like them, -which they are comfy- then let them wear them, I don't like to label, it's ridiculous, and I dress 'scene' but I hate being put into a category.

I disagree. being labeled follows you through life. People are murdered as a result of labels. Take for instance, the account of Sophie Lancaster. google that if you wish.

I didn't label anyone. I dont play the label game. Last time I looked, I wasnt a can of soup. Labels do follow you around your whole life. I cant even tell you how many times people have asked my friends ''Why do you hang out with her? I mean, shes like gothic. Thats scary.'' Which I am not gothic. Nor am I trying to be. I wear band tees and ripped jeans. Big deal. Everyone hide cause Im soo scary. >.< I've lost jobs from the way I look too. I'm do various things, but I love to babysit. However, even though the children -love- me, they're parents are just like ''I dont think we want our children around you. I mean, you're one of those people.'' Wth is one of those people anyway? I've never done anything to make people think that way. Im a good kid, I make straight A's, Im straight edge, I've raised a few of my cousins, and am still raising one, I do volunteer(I know I spelled that wrong) work, I take care of the animals and so much more. Yet Im still on of those kids. I dont get it. That wasnt directed at you by the way *mini rant over*

I know exactly how you feel. >.< I have been working for my grandma at her daycare for the summer, and all the parents give me weird looks because my hair is pink, when I have worked with kids all my sixteen years, and I want six of my own, and sometimes if I am in stores with my friends, they jerk thier kids out of the aisle like I am going to eat them. o.0

Happens to me -all- the time. People will be like ''Don't you ever turn out like that!'' When their kids are like 5 and have no idea what their parent is talking about. LOL I do that all the time and people are all *O_O buries baby in arms and walks away* Except I dont have a boyfran so its usually just me and my friends. But I can puff my belly out all huge and look like Im about 6 months preggo XD

I've loved converse forever : ) had a new pair every year since second grade, low tops. Right now i have like 4 colors. It seems like not a lot of people wear converse at my school, but the vans that lace up half way. Ive got 2 pairs of those as well: )

I wear Converse because I'm slightly flatfooted, so they have a small arch, but are not completely flat. I got them for Christmas :] And I love'em. But yeah. Everyones wearing them now ;-;
