New Layout Style [Simple & Clean]

Of course it's kinda messy right now, and the banner will be about... 800x289 instead of 700x289, I think, plus, a marquee can be added to the top, and borders separating titles from paragraphs/text might even be thrown in.<br><br>For a finished example, I will post perhaps tomorrow or when I have time to add more detail/goodies into the layout ;D<br><br>In the end, I think I'll be quite proud of myself. xD Not as good as anyone else's, but definitely an improvement for my skills x3<br><br>Please crit if you'd like to 8D</span>
