Could this Be Related?! Male/Female rabbit behavior

Ive noticed lately that my male rabbit and my female rabbits have some major differences and i was wondering if anybody knew if there were just coincidence or if they were just something about male/female differences. I have 4 rabbits.. 3 Females and One male. Theyre all fully grown and none are neutered. Theyre all Californians. For one.. ive noticed that all 3 of my female rabbits have rings around the bottom of their ears (Pics coming soon) and the only rabbit who doesnt is my male. Also my male rabbit is always attempting to dig and pull up grass. Is there a reason behind this? Id be delighted to know if anyone has any clues. Thanks y'all

  • The only explanation is the male is trying to show his dominance lol Other than that, it is just coincidence about the markings and the rest is just normal bunny behavior ;)

Thanks for the lovely banner, Nickel :)
  • i dont think so. He doesnt eat the grass he pulls up. He likes to sit in the bare spots of earth left over LOL
  • lol Some of my angoras like to do it, but there is nothing to worry about :) Just normal rabbit behavior

  • lol. i never really worried about it.. it just got me curious lol. All 3 of my female bunnies got out the other night. we only found 1 at first then the other 2 showed up a day later... im shocked theyre all alive!
  • You had better make sure they can't get out, because they won't always come back or be able to escape from predators, expecially now that the warm weather is here
