When I was new to VP, I spent 40k on a greyhound out of my original 50k and was imiediatly screwed! XD....Also when i was new to VP I wouldnt enter any events because i thougt you had to be on the compete in them! What did you do when you were new to VP?

Immediatly figured everything out and trained most dogs. Litterally.

I remember going through a rescue kennel when i was fairly new and found skill maxed dogs that were neutered and OLD and i though i was the luckiest player in the world to get them for 250$

I cant exactly remember to much. Cause it was like. 6 years ago. :? But I do remember a sponsor giving me a herding trained dog (border collie maybe?) for 20k. I just competed it. Lucky it was a male, or I would have probably bred the heck out of it. -shrugs-

Well my very first dog i named after a friend who died and i was in desperate need of money so a nice sponcer gave me like 2 mill for her even though she was bad statted and only skill maxed. Well she got passed around and last year i asked the person who had her if i could buy her back for like 5 million because it was sentimental you know... Its not like that skill maxed 0x4 was worth that. Well they retired her the day i asked... and ive hated that person ever since because they did it just to be rude.

A vast majority of VP probably has done that XD i wonder if there's a way we can stop if from happening to the new novices?

I wish I could remember my first dog, but it was too long ago back in 2004 when I first originally started on VP, I have a feeling it was a english bulldog...there are still some around with my orignal brands Bluegum & ~BB~, good too see

I then proceeded to breed her and name her babies crazy Spanish names also... <a href="http://virtualpups.com/bloodlines.php?dog=330889"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://virtualpups.com/bloodlines.php?dog=330889</a> What really started me going on VP was a guy who gave me a pretty good Great Dane because he thought I would take care of her well.. and then I bred her and put them up for a random number like 439828 each and some girl bought a few of them. LOL

First things Tina did on VP? Bought a few puppies, gloried in the fact that I had gifties (the 740 OAK huskies, ect ^.^) and bred everyone, naming them warrior names like **Brightheart** and **Tigerfur**. Oh, and those myspace kennel pages. Rofl. After a little while I moved onto Timber wolves, and met Sern when buying a dog. From then on she pretty much worked with me through everything, always a step ahead, but pretty much made me successful on VP. (She explained the whole 'training 100/100/80' in stats, not 34/56/5/22

LOL) You know I actually didn't go on the forums for the first year and a half or so of me on VP??

When I first joined VP, everyone was given something like fourteen imports. So I happily spammed my 14, choosing random breeds, naming them random things and then breeding the -hell- out of them. xD The first dog I tried to train was a pointer named... Petria or something. xD I failed -so- bad at it. Then I was banned for something like six months, and I came back, and suddenly knew everything about VP. =D
