• Thank ya's Dreamy!

Tanisja I couldn't quite figure out how to do it. I use gimp and I used the 3px and the next one down is the 1 and it shows up grayish not black like I want. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 • what are you using? the line tool, or a brush?

the line tool allow you to type in the box not just use the arrows, and with the brushes you can adjust it either in tool itself, or by editing the brush...or even make a new one *s*

for adjusting the tool, just move the scale up or down ;) either by draging the box on the line, or by editing the numbers in the box beside the scale line

to edit or make a new brush, find one with a blue corner, rightclick it and choose edit or make new brush ;)

 • If I used a 3 pixel brush on a large canvas, and said canvas was transparent, it'd look grayish. Add a white layer underneath and it was fine. So if you want transparency, don't worry about the black line turning gray. =] It should look fine on your layout.
