• It's dropped here too, I'm pretty sure it's a way of getting more people to buy gas, because, in my theory, once gas goes to a certain price, no one is going to be driving as much, so they make a small profit, but sell more. Just a hunch :?

  • We got to $4.12, and now we're down to $3.91

It's got something to do with receiving more gas or finding new places to drill or something. xD

  • Gad has dropped because:

Less people are driving
There are more people drilling for oil (like my man LOL)
Where they are drilling they are hitting larger amounts of oil
It''s getting to be the end of summer, which means less people will be vacationing
People who owned oil stock sold their shares when it got to the highest point so far and now there isn't as large of a demand for the stock.

I don't know about anyone else but where I live no one was driving unless they had to. Take WalMart (our only major store in our little podunk town) on saturdays there used to be so many people would couldn't find a parking space now they parking lot never gets over half full.

  • Awesome. Everyone in my town rides a scooter, mo-ped, motorcycle, or a golf cart. It's pretty neat, because everyone is carpooling to school. We carpooled last year, and it looks like it's gonna happen again this year. Thanks for telling me what's up with the gas prices!

  • There's a new law here stating you can only have one non family member in the car if you are under 17. (I think 17 is the right age) So much for carpooling. lol

Well at least they are going down. I will be getting my license in the fall and I can't be paying those ridiculous prices. I have a car with good gas mileage so it shouldn't be too bad.

  • xD

Yeah, it's pretty good. Hopefully, people won't buy gas until it goes under $2 like it was when I was a kid. used to be $1.82 per gallon. Used to go EVERYWHERE.
    kimyo.jpeg 31275.png
  • It's still going down!

YAY!
    kimyo.jpeg 31275.png

  • I have a theory *Everyone groans and person in back, "Not another one. Soon the person gets impaled with a pepsi can and glares from Young* Ehem besides that...

I think that we could actually have cheaper gas BUT there is some mastermind behind it who is actually making the world better. People are over eating McDonalds, drinking to much pop (me), and cars are such the benifit to pollution. If this keeps up in 50 years, we will have no more O-zone and we be needed a cart to pull us a few feet to our mailbox.

WELL the mastermin behind this finally got the idea, "Hey if I raise gas prices, that would mean people would use less gas. -Gas = More healthier people and less polution. Cause gas effects prices of everything along with pollution. Since prices go up that means less buying extra food to munch on and get a second table (your belly). It is actually helping us all out and we can always go to bikes, more healthier :D.

Overall I think it's just some big thing that is making us all become a better self.....

Sadly enough it's so not true! They all are going for the cash xD.
