New Kitty!

Well, as some as you know, I have an addiction to animals (*cough*), and if you ask my mom, we have our own mini "zoo". The animals we have right now are three adult cats, two adult dogs, three adult ferrets, two fish, and now one kitten. Of those animals, my dad only knows about the three cats, two dogs, one ferret, and the two fish. *wink* I bet you can guess who snuck around to get the others.. (Hmm.. It couldn't have been me, could it?) Anyhow, the newest addition is a 3 month old, pure white female kitten. She doesn't have a name, yet, but the lady I got her from nicknamed her Chipmunk. (Needless to say, I'm not keeping that name. XD) Her mama is a feral cat, which, after having this kitten, she ran off and when she returned, she was pregnant again and had 6 more kittens. (The people there had to bottle feed this kitten). So, this kitten isn't really the tamest, but isn't the wildest either. But man - those baby teeth are sharper than any kitten my parents ever bred and we ever owned. XD Before anyone asks (not saying they will, but..), she's confined to just my room. It isn't the largest room in the house, but she'll get her exercise through me and the three ferrets. Even if my dad did know about her, and actually let me keep her, she'd wind up locked up or in-hiding because our three cats like to attack newcomers. (And not just a temporary thing either.) Oh, and she'll be spayed. Dun worry - I'm not a breeder.

Hey Ana.. Gorgeous kitty! Awww! Her ears are amazingly cute! I love her! And.. has she got blue eyes? Adorable! She plays exactly like my cat did when he was a kitten, with the wires, and he still does, he's weird, like a hunter, but he never manages because he's a bit slow, and he's bright ginger, so he stands out. Lol. xDDD Love your kittie <33 8)

Yeah, apparently pure white cats with blue eyes are supposed to be blind or deaf... IMO it is a bunch of nonsense. My friend had one and the cat was neither blind nor deaf. Lovely cat btw xD

Tarnish, thanks. XD She does have big ears, and an even bigger tail. o.o Cobalt, thanks. I think I might need it. XD My hands and arms are covered in kitten scratches and bite marks now. I can only hope that she'll calm down soon. TDH, she doesn't have blue eyes. They're actually a brownish green, but the reflection off her eyes is blue. (Instead of the normal green/yellow). She's so bloody hyper.. I took her downstairs to let her run around (even though the adult cats were out) and it was almost like she was everywhere at once. XD Topleaf, yeah, it's pretty much a sterotype, I think. People associate the color white/blue eyes with a genetic disorder. Though, most white kittens around here are actually blind/deaf, which is what I was kind of hoping for, but eh.. She sometimes acts deaf. :P She's run into the wall more times than I care to count. XD k9girl, yeah, most cats I grew up with and see are/were black, gray, b/w, or g/w. Thankies Loko. :P Maybe someday, after she calms down, she can become my picture pet.
