  Stupid summer birthday means that my half birthday is in the dead of winter.   happy B.day<br><br>and hey um no complaint it could be worse <br><br>here you can only start practising at 16, and cant drive up for car lisence till your 18 <br><br>also actualy if you live in an area that has snow and ice on the roads in part of the year, you should be happy you get to learn driving in the winter, a lot of people living in such areas who learn their driving in the summer got a lot of problems on wintery roads
