Fake Nails

lol Today I have this formal banquet thing I have to go to, so I got fake nails, its my first time(us hicks usually stick to short dirty nails lol) and its really wierd getting used to them, like typing is kinda difficult, but txting is horrible lol they keep getting in the way and I'm scared they will break off when I grab things, lol its kinda fun though :twisted:

LOL, I remember the first (and last) time I got fake nails. I hated them.. They got in the way of everything. The first day I had them at least half got broke off and it HURT. Just be careful not to snag them on anything. I agree, us hicks like our short dirty fingernails. :P

omg I just put them on an hour ago and the thumb nail is about to come off! lol this is ridiculous, and for sure I feel like ripping them off and digging my fingers in the dirt hahaha

Lol, thats me, short and dirty nails. I have never tried fake nails.. we'll those little kid ones when I was little.. but of course I loved them then xD But right now.. I think I'd hate them xD

I'm thinking about wearing my cowboy boots with my formal hahaha :twisted: the dress is so long you wouldn't see them, but all this dressing up is making me sick lol and I suddenly had this hyper spell and I can tell at the banquet I'm either going to be extremely obnoxious or extremely quiet lol, I just looked out the window and my dad was trying to ride side saddle hahahhaha, its a hard thing to do, especially bareback lol anyways thats off topic, I am about to rip these dumb nails off

i remember mine try not being able to get them off and have to show cows thats worse then typing and texting i finally ripped off the night before the biggest show of the summer

I wish my parents would let me. My nails are so dirty. But.. I'm compromising. They won't let me get fake nails(as it lessons the oxygen to the nails or something and thins them.. something like that) But they will let me get my nails painted. |Orange|Teal| on each fingernail. So yes. I'll have them split in half on each nail if I can.

I like my short nails though.

Fake nails are okay with me, but they don't stay on for very long. But I do enjoy getting them painted at the nail place

Fake nails are awesome!I love getting them done. But they are expensive so I only get them done for special occasions If you get them done professionally then it takes forever for them to come off. Its aggony pulling them off since they are done so good. But If you have really short nails, its hard for them to stay on. I always let my nails grow out some before I get them done, even though it is torture. Im a nail bitter, constantly. No white on my nail can be showing. Im a hick but I cant stand for my nails to be dirty. But now they are so short that they really cant get dirty. lol

Bite my nails. The first and last time I put fake nails on, my sister glued them on too tight and we couldn't get them off. My mom cut them shorter so they wouldn't get in the way at school. The night after that I ended up chewing them all off. That was the only way. XDD

lol yeah I had to rip them off after church this morning, I a m about to go clean the horses water trough and the finger nails would def get in the way, they are so pretty though, but oh well, I have only 2 on lol, they won't come off, and last night I wore my cowboy boots with my dress it was awesome, my dress was so long you couldn't see them unless I was walking, but It was fun,at some point in life I might get fake nails again, but for now my hick-ish ways won't let me lol

they get better :D the first time i go them they were all in the way of everything and zipping my pants was hard and they were sensative it stunk big time but now i love them and never go without fake nails :D

oh I cannot stand fake nails >.<, but, I can't stand my nails uber short, it hurts

So I keep the filed at a medium level, not really nasty long (real finger nails) and not too short. Just right (for me atleast xD)

They had to ban them from my old school because they said it effects their writing. o.O I have long fingernails, like fake ones. I guess I just get used to them. I doesn't effect my writing. I had to clip them off (torture for me) and I wrote the same... A lot of my friends keep bugging me and asking if they are really fake. I would never touch fake nails when I can have real nails just as great.
