Braces

My best friend just got braces today. I haven't seen them yet, but I am suprised. I always thought of hime having good teeth. He is the only foot- fairy in our school that has braces. He is really into sports, and I know this won't slow him down, even if he has to wear a mouth-piece. My other friend got them last friday, and I am getting them in little more than a month Anyone else have braces?

A bunch'a my friends have them. My dentist wants me to get them, but I said no. I don't want to look like everybody else; my imperfect teeth make me unique X3

I don't have braces but a lot of my friends do, my best friend was miserable when she got them. This was the scene at lunch S-*eating* K-*glares* K- *tries to bite food* ow, braces suck S- Yeah my dentist thought I might need them because 2 of my teeth are slightly crooked*pionts* but he said they didn't effect my bite so I didn't need them. =3 K- I hate you -_- S- ^__^ Poor K, at least she won't have them on long.

I think it's the second or third day that the whole braces thing sinks in. But after the first hour or two on the third day... it kinda hurts... Just a little. -.- *And even though you aren't supposed to, if you eat it carefully, you can have crunchy and hard and chewy candy. ^^* I had mine for four years. Finally got them off!

I got mine off in Sepetember. They arn't really painful except when tightened, you get chains, or rubberbands, and when you get them first on. But other than that they arn't so bad. I ate everything they told me not to and I didn't break anything.

Just hope one thing out of braces don't. get. headgear. You know like, on the movies, all the dorks wore them? Yeaah, I had to wear mine at night.. you can't move painful

I had mine three years.. got them off a year before I was supposed to

I cheated and didn't put my teeth in the natural position..

But with mah invisible retainer, it's those two exact teeth that make it killer if I forget to wear it. :oops:

ive hav braces 2.5 years (get them off in a month!) and when I get my braces off my little bro gets his! (stinks to be him. he either get 6 years of them or two sets!)

I have them. I'm getting them off middle of next year. Second day is the worst. Remeber advil xD

I had braces for exactly 4 years and a week. I got them off September 27th. They SUCK. But getting em off is the most awesome feeling in the world

I have them. I've had them for 2 years..and it doesn't look soon I'm getting them off.. But at least I will have nice straight teeth!

I had braces all the way thru high school. Had them fitted on my second day and had them taken off like the week before we finished. But I'm glad I had them....my teeth still aren't perfect but I can't imagine how bad they'd be if I hadn't had braces!!!

I've never had them, my dentist says I have perfect teeth and that I don't need them
