how do people make those cartoon personal pictures? like i dont get it,ive looked on google everywhere but havent found it, how do they find it. i wanna know so bad, hmm.......

even my BFFL doesnt tell me how!!

that is fine, but my BFFL goes on a website and makes them there, at least she said, then she said that it was her thing and she wouldnt tell me

yeah i know how to make them.......i draw them, then color them, then stick text on them.....all by myself.

Find some pictures, cut them out, and make a banner. XP There are tutorials for GIMP in Tips and Tricks

Oi. Look. It takes practice to become good at something. You can have talent, that makes it a bit easier I suppose. But in the end, you can be worse or better than someone who doesn't seem to have as much talent. I love to draw. I stink at it. Keep doodling, looking at tutorials, and such. As much as I'd like it, there isn't a thing where you just think something up and it magically appears on the screen, or anything easy like that. GIMP is no exception. There isn't a "make new banner" option. Look on deviantArt.com or in tips and tricks for GIMP banner making tutorials
