new iPod?

Hrm. I was going to buy myself the iPod video soon. But, after doing some reasearch, i've found out that a new ipod will be coming out shortly. 'The Touchscreen iPod' Google it [: I don't want to post pictures, becasue I don't have the copyrights. But, it looks pretty amazing. I already have an ipod nano, but i HATE IT. So, what should i do? Wait to buy the new one. Or buy the current one?

I to have a nano and you can't do much but songs and photos but I say keep it. Although that touchscreen looks nice, I may have to research that one myself. *Hehe*

Nope. Mini's much older than you. Trust me. I'd save up for that if a) I didn't already have an ipod and b) I wasn't saving up for a laptop.

thats what, 500$? Jeese, i was looking at earphones omn the apple site, and, the SAME earphones that come with the ipod were 40$.+tax

well, i wouldent spend 299 on something i can get, like 50 NintendoDS games with...... or by other things.

I don't know how much $299 is but I would definatly(sp?) save up for the touchscreen one. Where I live there is a shop where you can go and exchange your game consoles and ipods for money. I tried to exchange an old Nintendo DS for money and they gave me hardly any money as it was the old version. Anyway that was a bit of a sidetrack...get the new one...it looks loads nicer!I have a nano and if I had a choice I would get the new one.

Is this the Ipod or the Zune because my cousin has a Zune and I dont think it is made by Apple. It is just comparable and much better. Although my cousin has difficulties because she doesnt know how to put music on it lol

I wouldn't do it. I love mac's products but their touch screens are terrible. It will work great for a few months maybe a year then ull be practically hitting it to get it to change songs. Kinda like what happens to the chocolate. Touch screens die really easily.

Whatever you do dont ever get the shuffle the are horrible You can never find a song you actually want to listen to. My grandma thought they were nanos when she bought them
