  I cant draw, but... sorry to say that doesnt look like a dog, it looks like a cartoon dog more than anything, no specific breed or anything. You might be able to draw cartoons better than trying to make the real thing

  Another thing, try looking in a dog drawing book. You may not like following the instructions, but you can at least look at the pics, they do help out a lot as a good ref. Better than looking at photos and such, those are sometimes hard to figure out (especially for people like me ^_^)
