I tried yoga once... I nearly died LOL. though I AM training for some 5ks this year. I'm much better at running than yoga haha
<br><br>I <span style="font-style:italic">hate</span> running! I know I should do cardio but I just really really dislike it. I do yoga because it helps with weightlifting, honestly. It's kind of boring but it's helps with muscle soreness and flexibility.
Everything I do Is cardio lol!! I also love playing tennis but its not so easy to find someone who wants to play with me. And riding horses counts as cardio right?! <br><br>As far as actually working out, I never really have the time for actual working out but I try to stay pretty active throughout the day.
I don't own any horses either. My sister has one, but that's her's that she leases out to some kid at the yard. Just because my sister can't go see the horse all the time and look after her baby.<br><br>I have a dog, older players may remember when I got the reject Malinois. <br><br>I go swimming for exercise. Good cardio workout if you push yourself, but I do a lazy breaststroke and go for endurance instead of speed. Can do 250m in 7-8mins when I've not been slacking. Not been in a while, due to going off to Japan etc. But hoping to get back into it!

<br><br>Don't be! I live out in the middle of nowhere. Literally. If I didn't do animals I would have no life. Literally. My entire family is pretty active. While I'm not really the "health nut" of the family I'm always on the go it seems. Never enough hours in the day to get everything done! Especially when I'm always running from horse riding lessons to dog training practices to rabbit shows. It.never.ends... Can't remember the last free weekend I had to do nothing.
