Boeuf bourguignon is the best, but very hard to find. I even have problems finding it in the French restaurants by me on a regular basis. Normally it's just a special. It's not super easy to make either, so I don't get it often  . Onigiri is pretty easy to make though. My Japanese teacher in high school first made it for the class, and after that I learned how to make it. I love how you can add as much or as little to it, which makes it a great snack. As far as The Hobbit, I love a lot of those kind of nerdy movies  . I just bought the last one, and I haven't seen it since theatres, so I am pretty excited. I was excited to see you love Halloween too! It is by far my favorite holiday. I usually go all out with decorations and throw a big party. My parents think I'm nuts that I love Halloween the most, but I think its the most fun. Its all about being fun and silly, and scary. You just can't beat it.

We recently went to a Five Guys Burgers and for a restaurant it was the worst burgers ever. I've had better from other places and much better cooked from home. They were bland, overpriced and just not good lol.

That's so cool! I also love Asian foods and culture. In high school I made it my goal to learn every Eastern Asian language. I only know 2 languages well and 2 so-so, but it's coming along. The best tip for onigiri is to use a good quality rice. The easiest way to work with it is when its super sticky, and I know I tried a few different brands before I found a good one, Botan. I have always wanted to go to a convention! I really wanted to go to Comic Con San Diego this past summer. It was huge, and there were a ton of my favorite actors there. But, I just didn't have the time (or money) That is my goal someday: get to a convention

I've always wanted to learn more languages as I find language in general highly interesting but sadly I've never become fluent in anything lol. I took Spanish in high school but have forgotten most of it except for a few words and phrases. In one of my college semesters I took Mandarin Chinese and it was a super fun class but like my Spanish I've forgotten almost all of it. I love Japan and want to learn Japanses but have only picked up a few things here and there. I'm also fond of German and Russian. I know a few words and phrases in German but nothing special and know maybe a few words in Russian but that's it.

I had read that you need a good sticky rice when making them so I'll have to see if I can find a good one around here. We have a few small conventions here and they are really fun to go to but each year they get more and more expensive to get entry tickets. I'm not so big on seeing the celebrities and what not and mostly go to see the cosplay costumes and see what cool booths are set up. The cons here keep getting more and more celebs which is cool but that's what makes the tickets go up. I really wish they would have like tickets to just get in so that you can see the merch, booths, and what not and then separate tickets to see the celebs so that it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg just to go. By the time I get tickets I'm broke and can't buy anything ha!

I have been lucky in that languages are easier for me. I took Spanish, French, Japanese, and Chinese in high school, and more Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and Thai in college. Then I have been learning Korean and Latin on the side. I just love how you can get a glimpse of culture and life just by knowing a language.
There are some small conventions near me too, but I haven't even made it to one of those  . The closest I came was in high school, we were going to go with my Japanese class, but pretty soon friends were trying to bring friends, and there was like 200 students that wanted to go. Sensei thought that was bit more than she could handle lol. I have noticed that cons are more expensive with celebrities, which is a shame, especially if you aren't there to see them. It doesn't help that I am near a very large city, so most conventions near me usually do bring in celebs (even just Japanese anime voice actors), but then the cost goes way up. Oh well, one day I am determined to go!

I tend to pick up on languages easily but I quickly forget them sense I don't practice using them in actual conversation that much. Other than Spanish and Chinese which I was in a class for, the other languages I ten to try and pick up myself. I will say thus far Chinese was the hardest for me. Mostly because of the tones, if it wasn't for those it wouldn't be that bad. I had lots of fun in that class, we got to make birthday cards and do little projects and it was really neat. My friend who took it with me is trying to pick it back up.

The largest con we've been to is Fandomfest, it's suppose to be the largest con on my side of the Mississippi river. It was really neat and the largest I've been to but it was expensive and the following year the tickets went up so we didn't go. There was tons of cool booths set up and lots of cosplayers with awesome costumes. My boyfriend, brother, and I would all like to get into cosplay but we never really have the time or money :( The other con's we go to aren't super big but they do grow each year. My brother went to a comic and toy con in March, we wanted to go with him but didn't have the spare cash. It too had gotten more expensive and he said it wasn't really worth it. There were a lot of celebrities there and some professional cosplayers, I know Ivy Doomkitty was there. We were going to go to a horror convention (Horror Hound Weekend) in another state a few weekends ago. Ticket prices were not bad at all but we didn't have a chance to buy them online and they sold out a few days before so we didn't get to go. Hoping to pre-order tickets for that next year.

 • When I left home, fried chicken was about the only thing I could cook, only because I liked it LOL I think I've gotten better with cooking other things since then. Biggest thing to help with the breading coming off is making sure your oil is good and hot before putting the chicken in. Test it with a drop of water.

You've never seen LOTR?!?!?!?! How is that possible, lol  . It was hard for me to decide between Hobbit and LOTR as which was my favorite, but the Hobbit is a bit happier so I went with The Hobbit. I will say though, now if you watch LOTR, there will be cool little things you notice in it that happened in The Hobbit with Bilbo. Having never read The Hobbit, I never got those references until the recent movies.
As far as mowing, I have always wanted to try! . I am guessing that is because I never have had to though (my father doesn't trust me with his mower, even though I have well out of highschool now :P ) That's interesting that Alabama loves it while you hate it. I will have to add it to my to-do list!

I made the mistake of watching the funniest part during an anatomy lab (during some down/break time, it was a 4.5 hour lab) and ended up bursting out laughing, and I'm pretty sure everyone though I was nuts. The parts when he is describing how much he hates living in the American west gets me every time.

My boyfriend loves it though, Pasta Alfredo with chicken and broccoli is one of my favorite pastas though, I love all pasta pretty much lol. Twix are one of my favorites too, I like to eat them after they've been in the fridge and gotten cold. I've not yet seen A Million Ways To Die In The West yet but want to, it's on my list! I use to absolutely love the Simpsons when I was younger and it was my favorite show for a number of years. I still really like it but hardly get to watch it or any tv show for that matter. We don't have dish or cable or anything so we only watch things we have on DVD. I do love Family Guy & The Cleveland Show too.

If our yard was smaller and flatter I wouldn't mind so much but push mowing a large uneven yard is a pain. My boyfriend wants a riding mower so bad but we just can't afford one. • I ride western... I have four horses. Paso Fino, Rocky Mountain x Appaloosa, Quarter Horse and Quarter Pony. I mostly trail ride around my grandparents property and do local fun shows with my Quarter Pony, Shadow. We do the racing stuff.. he's too fat to be fast but we've come in 2nd to 6th place.. out of 10 contestants .. SO.. I guess he's not THAT bad but we'll never make it to the big times LOL.

Lol he sounds cute! I have always wanted to ride a Paso Fino. Does yours have the classic fino, or mostly just corto/largo? Gaited horse are definitely my favorite. I have 2 Icelandics and 2 Tennessee Walkers, all of which are gaited. I do some light showing too, but I am usually too busy with my sister's horses (she has 2 show Percherons) to do any showing of my own. I have done some Icelandic fun shows, and those are usually really fun. They have the serious, ranked classes, but then there are a bunch of fun ones, like canter race, magazine race, and "beverage" tolt (you hold a cup with one hand and steer, at a tolt, with the other). I have never done just a plain fun show for all breeds, but I determined to some year. If my sister ever gives her horses a summer off, that is what I will be trying :P

 • My paso came from a huge farm in Ocala.. Really she was a gift horse from my aunt/uncle. I don't know much about gaited breeds but she does have several different speeds of gaits. I assume paso largo, paso fino and something else... However, she was "broke" all wrong and have no ground manners to speak of. I've been working with her for 6 to 8 years now and I can now halter her and lead her around without her wanting to kick and run off because she spooked at the wind blowing  . Under the saddle she is amazing, as long as a leaf doesn't fly in her face  .. Or a big mud puddle in the way. It took her forever to get close to the creek in the pasture for water because she's used to water having alligators in them, at least that's my theory.

Yeah, I get that. Those movies are very long, and with all the fighting I think they can be harder to get through. I started re-watching them all Friday, and still have like the last 30 minutes of the 3rd movie to go. Despite how much I love them, it's hard for me to watch them straight through.
