My First Facial Piercing Experience

For the past few years, I've wanted to get my nose pierced, but I never actually went through with it. Then, I decided to quit being such a chicken and just go for it. So for my birthday last weekend, I got my nose pierced. It didn't really hurt. Actually, it hurt less than getting my ears pierced. But it throbbed really badly for a few hours afterward. So the next night, my stud got caught on my blanket whilst I was sleeping and got ripped out. I tried to put it back in the next morning but the hole had already closed up. So I called the tattoo place where I got it done and they said I could come back this weekend and get it repierced with the same stud for half the price it originally was. So yeah. That was my first experience with facial piercings. I hope to get my septum pierced and maybe my lip and one or two more on my ears. This was kind of a pointless post, but I'm in between classes and super bored, ha.<br><br>xx Stay Rad

    I've always been really in to piercings but was afraid like you. Earlier this year I got my first tongue piercing and I've been in love ever since. They really don't hurt. 0_0 It's the healing process that sucks the most. Since I got my first, I went ahead and got a lot more.. now I have 2 lip piercings, 1 in my neck, 9 on each ear, and 2 more in my tongue. I really wanted to pierce my dimples but I'm afraid they'll ruin my cheeks. My triple tongue piercing is the most awesome. :P One of my tongue rings is horizontal, it was the only and most painful piercing ever.

    I really want to get my lip pierced. How badly did it hurt? And how long did it take to heal?

    The pain sometimes depends on the piercer. My lip didnt hurt at all when it got done. Its only been about a month and mines already healed. My tongue only hurt after it started swelling. I have an industrial through my left ear and id have to say it was the most painful, but even then it didnt hurt TOO bad. I have three in my left ear. Two in my right ear. Im getting three more in my right ear soon. My tongue and my lip. Plus five tattoos. And getting another tattoo on my foot in a few weeks with my sister.

    I already have had my ear pierced five times each, but all of them have closed up except the basic one I have had since I was a few months old. I also have my belly button done and LOVE it. I really really really want to get my lower back dimples done.<br><br>I actually had my boyfriend pierce one of my ears through the cartilage at school during a pep-rally and he accidentally hit a vein and I bleed like a stuffed pig. My ex-boyfriend jumped up and was screaming "I am coming! Don't bleed to death!" All my boyfriend had to do was glare at him and say "Oh no you're not" for him to resume to his seat. Eventually my boyfriend got the bleeding to stop and we decided to try again a few months later with an actual ear gun instead of just an earring lol.
