  The event doesn't actually score based on distance. The coding determines the winners based on stats and then the distance is made up based on points. Looking at the dogs themselves, it seems to me that the event is scoring correctly, just the distance jumped is backwards, probably a negative missing in that calculation or something. Looks like Beta is giving the same backwards distances.<br><br>For instance, looking at <a href="http://virtualpups.com/viewresults.php?event=383639"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://virtualpups.com/viewresults.php?event=383639</a>; The first place dog <a href="http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=dog/view&id=340113"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=dog/view&id=340113</a>; has much higher courage, which is weighted at 30%, than the last place dog <a href="http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=dog/view&id=2540311"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=dog/view&id=2540311</a>. Strength (15%) is pretty close so wouldn't count much one way or the other unless all stats were similar. Hyper and speed count for 10%, but speed is the same, so hyper is the other determining factor. The first place dog has better hyper. Aggression (5%) cancels out since both are maxed.

  <span style="color:#400080">Thanks for clearing that up Bama! I knew courage was the biggest stat for scoring but the backwards distances just threw me for a loop there. I'll just kinda of dismiss that when looking at results in the future lol. Honestly, this is the first time I ever noticed that it was showing that way.</span>
