New Custom Beta Style Layout

<span style="color:#0080BF">I've been working hard on my CSS & HTML lately and I wanted to auction off a new style I've come up with to get an idea of what you guys think it is worth and to make some more VPC. This layout will be completely coded from scratch with everything completely customizable. Text boxes can expand, scroll, have a border or none, etc. Everything is up to the winner.
