I just logged out and tried to re-log in with my password. it said that was the wrong information. I tired to reset it and it still said that it was the wrong information. what could be going on? need help.

Go ahead and send a ticket in to support. It may be that you need to re-validate your account. Be sure to include in the ticket the email associated with the account.
