The overall layout doesn't have to be square, it can be more of a rectangle. Really it's whatever works and looks best. I would like the overall layout to be cohesive and complementary even though there are different scenes for each graphic area. With the dogs I'm not too picky about colors but would like them to be full body and have a nice quality look to them, kinda proud and elegant if that makes sense. Also sense these are kinda little scenes if possible have the dogs proportionate to each other in terms of size and what have you. With the overall background I'm thinking black or something dark and if possible maybe with a touch of whimsey. Not an overly patterned background but with a touch of something. I know that's kinda vague >__< lol. Same goes for the text boxes, I like the ones that have some sort of semi-transparent pattern or texture or something to them but doesn't have to be anything that overkill. I also like them to have borders of some sort or kinda fade into the rest of the layout, not sure if that makes sense or not lol. With the main and sub text some sort of fancy yet readable font would be great and for the font inside the text areas it doesn't have to be super fancy, I want it to be easy to read. Feel free to flex your creative muscles and add any little touches you like. Hope it's not confusing, if you have questions just PM me and as always hope you have fun with this one And feel free to tack on some extra cost if need be, that'll be ok with me, this one is kinda complex and has a lot of components to it

It turned out great, I love it. It looks even better than how I had pictured it

You did a great job with the graphics. The only thing that throws me off a little is the white little spaces between the text boxes and the graphics. Other than that it's perfect :P

Awesome! I was hoping you'd like the staggered text box/graphic design :-) As for those little light spaces, those are actually borders. I was trying to visualize what you meant by...

...for the text boxes, I like the ones that have some sort of semi-transparent pattern or texture or something to them but doesn't have to be anything that overkill. I also like them to have borders of some sort or kinda fade into the rest of the layout...

I like the layout! I just have one question: Could you change the background to the deep cobalt? And the link headers to either the brown or the lighter blue? I hate to be a bother -.- But, other than that, I love it!

In the future maybe instead of changing layouts totally I could just get the graphics changed on these if possible. That way I can freshen it without having you work up an all new one.
