BBB Layouts - Updated Examples!

I'm now offering custom layouts! I will still offer other styles for those with simpler tastes (or tighter budgets 8) ). Please send all payment contracts to Bully13. If you would prefer to pay with something other than vpc, I am open to trades and negotiations! Details like buttons, imaps (customized links), moving text, etc may cost extra on Standard and Box style layouts. Feel free to order as many layouts as you like. I have no "slots" so you can order multiple layouts at one time. However, please allow me at least a week to complete each layout order, especially if you choose the "Custom" option. I don't use a drag-and-drop site, I personally make each layout from scratch. This means that every single graphic and all the coding has to be done every time, in between everything else that I'm doing on VP and in real life. That's why every layout is unique, but that's also why every layout takes time! Layout Styles Option 1 - Standard - 2mil vpc - Includes standard banner and a table of text/link boxes. My layouts come with a "lifetime guarantee" and if ever links stop working, images don't display properly, or even if you accidentally erase the code entirely, just let me know! I will fix whatever issues I can, at no extra cost. I will NOT, however, give you a whole new layout for free just because you decide you want something different... My layouts should work with every major web browser, but from what I've observed any special fonts and effects on my layouts look best when viewed with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Layout Option: Custom # of Text Areas: 2 # of Link Areas: Maybe one at the bottom Color Scheme: Play with this, do what you think looks right. Also, the image you're seeing is at about 60% zoom. So if you look at the table at the bottom of the page, that has dog breed gender etc... That'll give you a good idea of the overall size of the whole layout. It's wider than the average VP layout, but it shouldn't be an issue on most computers. If it does end up being an issue for you though, just let me know and we'll play with it!

I'm kinda changing my focus on VP and plan to finally specialize in a breed thus, I'm going to change my layouts to reflect this. I'm not going to change all my layouts but will need approx. 4 so I'll order them one by one hehe. Layout Option: 2-box # of Text Areas: 5 # of Link Areas: 1 Color Scheme: Dark (you know what I like :P) Mood/Theme: honor, glory, pride Graphics Background: Roman/Greek Columns Foreground: Boston Terrier (either red/brown & white or black & white) and if possible can you have it sitting proud on a column/pedestal Transparent?: Yes ;D Main Text: Howling Hollows Sub-Text:I would prefer even to fail with honor than win by cheating. -Sophocles Anything Else: Be creative and have fun, fill free to add any little touches you like. Para, the codes for the first one have been sent! I'm glad you liked it! I don't know if you could tell from the preview, but the main text has a very slight glow in 'your' purple...you should be able to see it once it's full size 8) I'm going to start working on the second one tonight! Of course...you didn't get enough of the transparent trees now you want transparent flowers too

I did notice my purple hehe. I can't wait to see it full size. I'll have to fill it out and put it on my kennel a little later today

And what can I say with the transparent plants they look wonderful lol. I'll warn you there will be another tree :shock: and something else a little different in the other two I need. You do such a great job on them so my confidence is strong that you'll pull em off!

Ok here's what I came up with after our discussion. I wasn't really sure what to do about the foreground picture...all of the images I found related to the show were of the actors. But I read a little about it and it seemed to be based a little on the Snow White story so I went with a poisoned apple. ) Layout Option: custom # of Text Areas:5 (divided, see below) # of Link Areas: 1 (with 8 links) Color Scheme: Dark (you know what I like :P) Mood/Theme: dark, elegant, night & a touch of whimsey Graphics Background: A full moon & a tree with a big/thick trunk. Foreground: 2 dogs, Belgian Shepherd (Groenendael) & Belgian Tervuron Transparent?: yes please Main Text: A Branch Of Howling Hollows Kennels Sub-Text: Anything Else:This is based off of the layout you did for my Sanctum Of The Fox Kennel. Here's a <a href="http://i60.tinypic.com/116n8sm.png"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">very rough sketch</a> of the concept. The text and stuff isn't lined up and can be changed and moved around as you see fit and the colors are just thrown on there but not actually a guide if that makes sense. I would like the "A Branch Of" part to be smaller and a little less noticeable than the "Howling Hollows Kennels" part. Also with the link area can I have a place for a link header above them and 8 links. With the 3 text boxes I don't want them too small or big. For the main box I was thinking along the size of the one you used for my gifty kennel and have 3 text sections in it and for the other smaller boxes each one having a text section and I'm not too picky on size as long as they go with the layout and aren't too narrow. Also like the gifty kennel and some of the others you've done for me the semi transparent kinda textured boxes look great. As with the other layouts easy to read text is preferred in the text boxes. With the full moon I've roughly got it positioned in the sketch (though it looks a little puny in my sketch haha). I think it would look nice if part of it peaks/falls behind the main text box. With the tree leaves and the grass trim (like on the fox layout) they don't have to necessarily be green (though not opposed to green either) as the layout is set at night, just use your artistic judgment on it. Also I'm not sure what they are called but the little, not sparkles so maybe particles, that you added to the fox layout and I've seen used in graphics before that give it a kinda mystical, whimsical effect would be a nice touch. Also any other little touches you want to add would be great, always love to see your creative flare so hope you have fun with this one

With the tree leaves and the grass trim (like on the fox layout) they don't have to necessarily be green (though not opposed to green either) as the layout is set at night, just use your artistic judgment on it. Also I'm not sure what they are called but the little, not sparkles so maybe particles, that you added to the fox layout and I've seen used in graphics before that give it a kinda mystical, whimsical effect would be a nice touch. Also any other little touches you want to add would be great, always love to see your creative flare so hope you have fun with this one

I can't do dark on dark, super small text, or fonts that are too crazy

It makes it hard for me to read them! You don't seem to make those kinds of choices in your layouts though, so that's great! No comic sans for me please!

Looks excellent! Would it be possible to put some type of a thin border around the box? Maybe white, or gray? I can't decide which color would look best.

I've got the layout itch again and as I'm sure you've noticed I'm indecisive and change things up quite a bit :oops: Layout Option: Custom # of Text Areas: 3 text boxes with 2 headers each # of Link Areas: 1 with 8 links (positioned like the last layout you did toward the bottom) Color Scheme: Dark/whatever looks the best Mood/Theme: Grand, Proud, & Elegant with a touch of whimsey Graphics Working Graphic Background: field Foreground: A Basset Hound sniffing/tracking and one of the following breeds in a service vest/harness (which ever breed you can find the best pic of) Belgian Shepard or Tervuren, or St. Bernard (if you pick a St. Bernard use one with a search & rescue vest please). Transparent?: no Graphics Sporting Graphic Background: field Foreground: A running Silken Windhound and a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever running/trotting with a retrieving toy (?) in its mouth. Transparent?: no Graphics Show Graphic Background: field Foreground: Boston Terrier with a blue ribbon on it's collar/neck and a breed of your choice also with a blue ribbon on it's collar/neck. Main Text: A Branch Of Howling Hollows Kennels (with "a branch of" smaller than "Howling Hollows Kennels") Sub-Text: Always Striving For Grandeur Anything Else: Here's a <a href="http://i61.tinypic.com/59t4ls.png"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">sketch</a> of how I'd like the text boxes & graphics laid out. The overall layout doesn't have to be square, it can be more of a rectangle. Really it's whatever works and looks best. I would like the overall layout to be cohesive and complementary even though there are different scenes for each graphic area. With the dogs I'm not too picky about colors but would like them to be full body and have a nice quality look to them, kinda proud and elegant if that makes sense. Also sense these are kinda little scenes if possible have the dogs proportionate to each other in terms of size and what have you. With the overall background I'm thinking black or something dark and if possible maybe with a touch of whimsey. Not an overly patterned background but with a touch of something. I know that's kinda vague >__< lol. Same goes for the text boxes, I like the ones that have some sort of semi-transparent pattern or texture or something to them but doesn't have to be anything that overkill. I also like them to have borders of some sort or kinda fade into the rest of the layout, not sure if that makes sense or not lol. With the main and sub text some sort of fancy yet readable font would be great and for the font inside the text areas it doesn't have to be super fancy, I want it to be easy to read. Feel free to flex your creative muscles and add any little touches you like. Hope it's not confusing, if you have questions just PM me and as always hope you have fun with this one
