Sponsor Rescue Kennel For Rent/Sharing

Hi. I am thinking about auctioning my Rescue Kennel sponsor to be shared with someone. I have a right to end this if I decide that I change my mind. It is a years sponsorship and only a month old.(Bought on October 16,2013. Expires on October 16,2014) You would be sharing with me until the sponsorship runs out. Do not change anything. This means the brand, the kennel name,the username, the password,the kennel type, the kennel layout(expect to indicate that you share the kennel with me and your personal services.), the color of any of the dogs in my kennel,and anything else that can be changed. 2. Do not retire, release,neuter, sell, trade, auction, buy(unless the dog is for sale), transfer to your account,accept bids, bid on, or otherwise steal any dogs that I have personally bought or rescued. 3.You can do whatever you want with dogs that you've personally rescued as long as you don't move them out of the rescue kennel portion and if you do, you transfer them to your personal kennel immediately. The main kennel is for my dogs only. 4. You may not buy or bid on any dogs, mine or otherwise, while on this account. You can buy dogs that are sale or adoption from this account using your personal account just like anyone else can. 5.Do not lease dogs to other players or create contracts with other players on this account. 6.Do not event any dogs on this account. 7.Do not take turns on this account. 8.Do not breed on this account. 9.Never give the password to anyone else. Never give someone else permission to use this kennel. 10.Never pretend to be me. When you are online,specify it is you and not me when posting to the Barkpark, creating events, answering pms, or pming other users yourself. 11.An MM must be used if you win the auction. What You Are Allowed To Do: 1.Rescue Dogs. You may either put the dogs you personally rescue up for adoption or you may transfer them to your own account to either keep them, or neuter and release/retire them for money,auction them for money,or sell them for a non-adoption price, or you may give them away to other players if you are feeling generous,etc. Basically, you can do anything you want with the dogs you personally rescue as long as you either keep them in the rescue kennel portion or transfer them to one of your own personal kennels. 2.Heal Dogs.You are allowed to heal your dogs for free and to heal dogs for the public as long as you charge them the same service fee I do for healing since otherwise I would lose money. 3.Post on the BarkPark as long as you specify that it's you and not me. 4. Create 2 of my four events I'm allowed. I get dibs on the other 2. Please specify in the event title or something that it you that made the events though and not me. 5.Advertise/offer any of the following services for the same or similar prices as I do to the public:Healing dogs,Rescuing dogs, Finding Specific Dogs for Rescue. You may advertise other services as well that you can do with-in the restrictions of this kennel. For example,you can not event people's dogs for them on this kennel, so you can't advertise that is a service.Say Macaroni-n-Cheese as the first thing in your post if you've read this entire post. You can,however, advertise layout or graphic making since that's a service that isn't restricted by my rules. Starting Bid:30 Mil Minimum Bid Increasement: 1 Mil Highest Bid/Bidder: BIN:200 mil(to keep the auction going) Other Things I Will Consider Besides VPC: Unmade Dye(s)=25 mil per dye(This seems to be the price they are going for. I get to choose the dye color you make obviously.) Giftie(s)=Depends on the Oak. Anything 10 oaks or under is worth atleast 1 mil. 1-3 oaks are worth 5 mil. (Must be a color and breed I'm interested in. I have the right to refuse the giftie as payment if it is not a breed or color I'm interested in.) Made Personal Breed(s)=25 mil(seems to be the going rate for made Personal Breeds)(Must be a breed I'm interested in. I have the right to refuse the PB as payment if it is not a breed I'm interested in.) 6 month upgrade on one of my other kennels=30 mil Professional Layout(s) for my kennel(s)=whatever you normally charge for your layouts. I think most go for between 1-5 mil.(Again, I have a right to refuse if I'm not interested in your layout style. Note:This does not mean that I'm saying your layouts are bad or anything. You are probably an amazing layout artist,but I'm very,very picky and have certain styles and tastes.) Unmade Import(s)=250k per import I have a right to end this auction without a winner if I feel that I haven't gotten the prices as high as I want them to be or if I change my mind about sharing or if no one meets the qualifications I'm looking for. It would also be very helpful if you fill this form out to make sure you meet the qualification. (I am usually not on the kennel on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 11am or 11:30am to 4:30 or 5pm as I volunteer at an animal shelter on those days so you should be good on those days at those times. If you live in another country from the US with a completely different timezone where it would be 3 o'clock in the morning here,but 5 o'clock in the evening where you are, this would be perfect for you because you wouldn't have to worry about whether or not I'd be on since I wake up late and go to bed early on most days.): What do you have to offer me in exchange for me letting you share my kennel?
