Rescue question...

I was going through dogs, rescuing, when I came across <a href="http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=dog/view&id=2427972&view=1"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">this dog</a>. When I visited the dog's <a href="http://virtualpups.com/index.php?r=kennel/view&id=497733"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">kennel</a>, I realized it hasn't actually been inactive for much more than a month. None of the other dogs in this kennel are 'rescueable'. What's up with this?<br><br>This is not the first time I've rescued a dog only to discover the kennel was still active... I always return the dogs but how does that happen in the first place?

You can rescue dogs that are in "poor" condition, even if the accounts are not past the 6mo mark. You know, rescue those poor abused dogs? =p
