Transparent Background Question

How do i get a background to be transparent? Is there an online editor that can do this? (My program doesnt)

And i belive that half the time i am a wolf amoung the sheep gnawing at the wool over my eyes

    what program are you using?<br>I highly suggest downloading GIMP. It's completely free and safe and can do just about anything Photoshop can do.

    I use a tablet computer so i cant get most programs and the apps dor them arent great
