What are YOUR goals on VP?

Hello guys! Things have changed since I've last been on VP. From what I can see -- LOTS of new people and lots of different advancements in the breeds. And now that the eventing system is a bit glitch-y... I'm not entirely sure what people are doing anymore. :P So I was wondering, just to kinda get a feel of what VP is like now -- What are YOUR current goals? Oh, and of course -- how is everyone doing? I havent seen or talked to MANY of you since I stepped out last year. Miss you guys </3 And just out of curiosity -- Why is chat dead now?

Goals are to reach 30mil and have my own PBI thought the same thing about chat hadnt been on for 4ish years and when i came back only ops were o chat, want it back lobed going on chat and seeing 20 people all talki g about random things

-chews sandeh- So happy you has returned =3 -bounces- I'm just hoarding ports (probably got nearly 500 unmade -giggles) as I work through random lines to get 10x4s for myself. And trying to improve my web design, so my layouts are rather different to most, if not all, layouts on here lol. And probably get back up to 200mil because money has disappear on upgrades/ports @_@ need to stop bidding on them!

Welcome Back! If I'm not mistaken I believe when I first started you gave me some vp tips! I've never used chat so I can't say whats going on there lol. Lets see my current goals -climb higher on the top kennels list: Currently number 23 -get the 1st 10x4 of a breed -get HHAC my mushing club up to full speed and get a full set of active members - get my own PB -finish the lines I have planed for my next generation of eventers -create a gifty color to go along with one I already have -create 3 gifty colors that represent my real life dogs *EDITED* I thought of a few more goals lol

Well, I'm done breeding lines for a while. The last few breeds I've started didn't get to 10x4 so I'm just wasting my time and money at this point. As for goals, my only real goal is to maintain my #1 position on the top kennels list. And I'm still attempting to get any and all 10x4s that I don't already have.

The top kennels list.... I reached it (finally) right before I disappeared. I was #48 before I left, and now I'm bumped down to #50 -- but as long as I'm still there, I ain't complainin'! But since the events system is a bit glitched nowadays... I'm not sure what I'ma do when it comes to eventing. I'm used to my dogs have a higher than 50% 1st place score. And. This glitched events system is gonna completely ruin that. >:[ I don't really know what else I'm going to do now... I think I'm going to find some super-eventers. Just breed and train until... amazing... but we'll see how that goes. I have to go find a breed I want to work with first. @Paranormal Wolf, I recognize the name :P It's been a LOOONG time! Hmm I guess right now I'm mostly focusing on getting the first 10x4 blue picardy spaniels, and then maybe Nebolish mastiffs. Other than that I'm trying to get dogs into most every type of event, and then one day making top kennels list. I also want to try to get a few gifties as well =]

It has been a long time lol. I've been playing since July of 2011 and it was shortly after I started that you msg me and we talked a bit about mushing. I have a full eventing line up with at least 1 dog I compete in all events, some a few more. My favorite event and the focus of my club is mushing. I'm always working on the next generation of eventers and have 3 of my next gen lines done and the eventers in boarding lol. Gives me something to do and keeps me always working for the next line up

Sandeh! Welcome back! XD My goal has always remained the same, COLLECT ALL THE 10X4'S! I am currently up to 306 and I do believe there aren't many more to collect that are already 10x4s.. if that makes sense.. Except PB's.. And I guess a new goal would be to get back up to 200mil, and to get my kennel onto the top kennels list! And maybe a few dogs too. hahaha

I recognize your name too. And your collection of 10x4s has definitely grown since I've last been on. Exponentially, might I add. @Jmcalloway, I'm with you on the VPC thing -- saving isnt exactly my strong suit. I may get caught up with buying up all the doggies that were rescued from me! Its going pretty well. Not long ago I came back from an extended break. Before the break I had a mushing club that was doing pretty well but I overhauled it and gave it a new name and everything. The new one is off to a great start and my mushing team isn't too shabby

Here is my current mushing team, they are all Alaskan Huskies. :P No worries. I was actually planning on mushers too... But I want to try and do cattle-herding/herding events. Those have always been difficult for me. We'll see how it goes. I wish the events were more consistent. Your dogs place 1st and 2nd, then fall all the way down to 16th. D:< Driving me up the wall lol.

I know what you mean, eventing is a bit all over the place >__< I get frustrated at times because I breed most of my lines for specific events I breed for what stats should be good for an event but with it being glitchy sometimes they do well and sometimes not so much lol Cattle herding/herding are not my strong point either I've got 2 dogs right now for those events Once does decent from time to time but is far from what I would call a good herder

Mmhm. I get what you mean. I've never had a good herding dog. Period. Like ever --- even at the start of the game. I think that's why I want to conquer the event. I've only had good Schutz, Showmanship, Racing, and Mushing. Oh and Flyball and Confo. Anything else was a toss-up to see if they'd place or not. Do you know if the events will be fixed any time soon?

They've been working on the beta for the new game/code I don't think eventing will be fixed or can be fixed until the beta goes live and merges with the current game I've got a pretty good flyball team going on at the moment Also got a pretty good confo dog Then my others are decent or so so lol

I'm a bit iffy on the beta still I know its incomplete but it still has me on edge lol I've not checked on it in a while, need to do that I'm hoping when it goes live not too much has changed, other than the fixes we need

Mmmm. I havent checked out Beta - period. Sad life. I should. Get myself a bit excited for the changes to come. But I the old player who just sucks at adapting quickly enough to the new changes. We'll see though. Hopefully it does have all the updates we need -- and not too many rough edges.

148 Intelligence GSD's! Pfft. Not any time soon, though. I faded from eventing, the way it scores discourages me, but I'd really like to get back into it. I'm always on my iPod, though, never a computer, which makes it hard. Anywho, welcome back! It's always good to see another another experienced player come back.

My current goals on VP: Maintaining my #2 kennel position and getting closer to Zag! Getting more PBs - which is about the only thing I have gotten into collecting - other than Halloween breeds. Lowering the number of Trophypups; which is down by 439 dogs in the last 14 months!! Lowering the OAK of the very few gifties I got when I first started playing VP. And eventing to get more dogs on the top dog list.

Pandas Puppys are at 8x4 so far. They`re endurance is being such a pain lol Yes they`re my PB. I`m working on getting another next month

You're almost there! No worries! I think Paper and I had a PB in the works? I don't remember any more. It had something to do with wolves. LOL @Meese, Right. Details. That would probably help. I'll get that to you either tonight or tomorrow! :] And it was you who I was brainstorming a PB with right? I dont remember anymore. @Ivybear, Yea. I have this weird love for VP though. So even though it'll change -- I think I'll have to stick too it. It's like VP & I are in a relationship. And, I'm the one who's whipped x_x @Frostbite, You'll get to those GSDs sooner or later. Hopefully sooner, rather than later.

I remember you working on them way back when too! I'm sure you've already made headway! And I like eventing as well -- I just don't believe in having a dogs with a horrible W/P/S and saying that it is worthy of it's International ranking just because it's been in so many shows. That, to me, doesn't make a good show dog. So. I know its going to take me a really long time to get back into eventing, especially when the events system is screwing up and not allowing dogs to get fairly reasonable W/P/S's. And tyvm for welcoming me back

@Nacie, Looks like you're really making waves with the Trophypup issue. What made you pick that breed in particular?

Honestly, when I first started with them it was cause I wanted a PB and did not think I would ever get one. TPs can't be imported so I just started buying them every chance I got to lower the number of them. Now I do have my own PB but I continue with the TPs too. It is getting harder and harder to find people that will sell them to me - but that is ok too cause for the most part, the people that have them do not excessively breed them.

But I will still buy any and all that I can!
