Yup just as the subject is called i have made a dumb mistake today (several but this one in particular is bothering me)<br>Ok so ill explain it, i work with soap, make it manage it, sell it ,and handle other staff who make it (if youve read my post stupid pointless questions you know that) anyways today i was making soap ,nothing unusual just piping some raw soap when i turned to growl a child who hadnt stopped pestering me (i have a low tolerance for children this child in particular had been misbehaving all day and i had to babysit him while i was working, along with three dogs and a whole store) when i turned back i had noticed i had held the piping bag to tightly and pushed soap out the top ,and of course it happened to be right after idd taken my gloves off, raw hot soap on my hands and wrists ,at first i didnt notice the burning of raw caustic/lye on flesh nor could i smell the burning (if you didnt already know lye burns flesh like some kind of fire acid) i did notice when it started to itch though so i went and washed it off but by them idd delayed it to long and the damage was done, nothing to major but still ,the mistake was taking off my gloves and handling raw soap one i thoughtlessly did knowing before hand that these sorts of things always happen to me .A dumb mistake (although to be fair idd like to blame the kid who had been told he wasnt to bother me until idd finished that batch of soap ,he is old enough to know better luckily he wasnt near the soap at all if it had been him instead of me who had done that it wouldnt have ended well) ah well maybe next time ill remeber to put the gloves back on...maybe. im not the only one who makes really stupid mistakes right?
And i belive that half the time i am a wolf amoung the sheep gnawing at the wool over my eyes
