One of the contests was "best/cutest pet", so I brought my Lab mix Jake to school and she was dressed as a Dalmatian since I was Cruella Deville (101 Dalmatians). Well this boy kept commenting on how Jake looked like a cow and I ignored him, because I am to busy with real things to let something silly bother me. Well when I left Jake in the Ag. Science room and the boy continued to mock Jake to the teacher. My teacher FINALLY had enough of it and sent him out to the green house to get something and he left the door opened and ALLOWED Jake to escape. Now I do know accidents do indeed happen, but when the teacher pointed out that he allowed the dog out, he played dumb!! Like "what dog?" "I NEVER saw a dog in here!" "I never said anything about a cow dog,". Also, when the teacher told him that the class was going out to find her, he refused to help. He told her that my dog getting out was not his issue and that is was too damn cold to go out and look for a stupid dog. It is now Friday and no one has seen her. We are putting out signs and have alerted all of the local buildings near the school. I have spent 3 hours every day after school to looking for her, but we have not seen her nor a body. I am hoping she comes home.

VENT # 2
Monday evening the dogs stated barking in their pins like something was back there. I only thought it was a cat because it only lasted about the time it takes for one of our cats to get from the woods and out of the dogs' view. I went back to bed and did not think anything of it. When I went out to feed the puppies and grab Apache for trick-or-treating that are all held in a big pin just for them, I found the gate had been cut open then tied it with a rope that I have never seen before and they had cut our electric fence wire and pulled the plug of the electric box. I called all of the puppies and everyone showed up EXCEPT my new puppy Apache. We found the fence plug in our woods hidden under some leaves. I am devastated. I am now not missing one but TWO dogs!!
