Finally made the leap!

So ive always ridden western. I dont know anybody that RIDES english around here. But ive finally made the leap! I start english lessons tuesday! Once a week. I might take Blaze some but its REALLY far away and i dont like the idea of hauling him an hour and a half one way ever week for an hour lesson. He might go sometimes but not every time. But yes! Im not sure which niche ill stick with (dressage, jumping, cross country) so for now im just gonna play around with it all!

To say im excited is an understatement! I cant wait to see which discipline is my favorite! Ive always been one for dressage type riding... but jumping is a thrill... and cross country is just amazing!

Whoop! That must be well exciting. I don't ride myself but used to. I didn't stay there long enough to learn to jump, was more into martial arts as a child.

I break horses but ive always done western. I HAVE an english saddle just so i could trail ride my Thoroughbred in it Because my western saddle just didnt fit her very well but never had a lesson in english.
