Insomnia...

MAKE IT STOP!<br>Its 1 freaking 18 in the morning and I'm still awake. I have to be up and alert less than 5 hours! <br>I've had sleep pattern issues before (partially insomnia) but for the past month or so THIS happens. I just don't sleep or feel tired!<br>Help me! Ugh.

  • Took me til gone 4am to crash out last night. They laugh at me at work, saying I must live without ever sleeping >.><br><br>Oddly enough though I function best on 3-6hrs sleep. If I have any more then I just tire so easily in the day o__o -special moose-

  • It's very rare to get more than 6 hours of sleep, I normally get anything from 2 to 6 hours of sleep a day. Last year, I went to the hospital because I went a week with only 30 mins of sleep in total. :| Now the only thing that helps me fall asleep is to do a lot of physical work (such as exercising, dancing, etc.) to tire my body. You should try that if you haven't.

  • I swim 3 times a week and doesn't really help much. But then again doesn't help that my sister and bf have turned the room into a den which is just the other side of the wall widge my headboard is against. So them talking, watching tv or slamming the keys on the keyboard whilst typing keeps me awake so never get to sleep before 1am :/
